Patrick and Lamla (spelling?) were terrific and looked after us like family, even driving out to buy me some zamaleks when the hotel didnt stock it. Rooms are spotless and attention to detail terrif. Chef's Warehouse restaurant is a must.

There is no lift to the property which might be an issue for an older or weaker peron but I am sure they would have helped and there is an asistant always around if you needed"
