Perched atop the scenic hills of Long Beach, NSW, Seabreeze Sanctuary offers unparalleled 360-degree views of the ocean, rolling hills, and the iconic Tollgate Islands. Whether you’re gazing out over Batemans Bay and the mighty Clyde River by day or admiring the twinkling lights at night, this master-built, architect-designed home is the ultimate coastal escape. If you're lucky, you might even catch a glimpse of whales migrating along the South Coast during the season—a magical sight!

Outdoor Living & Nature
Surrounded by natural beauty, Seabreeze Sanctuary invites you to unwind with two outdoor dining areas, perfect for enjoying meals or your morning coffee while soaking in the views. Kangaroos often lounge and play in the garden, offering an authentic connection to the Australian bush. A BBQ and fire pit add to the outdoor experience, allowing you to savour the crisp evening air and alfresco dining.

Comfort & Luxury Inside
Inside, the spacious master suite boasts a king-sized bed, a walk-in robe, and an ensuite with a double shower and vanities. Three additional well-appointed bedrooms (2 king, 1 queen) provide ample space for families or groups. The theatre room, complete with a fold-down double Murphy bed, ensures hours of family entertainment, while a table tennis table offers friendly competition.

Amenities & Convenience
Seabreeze Sanctuary is fully equipped with modern conveniences, including Wi-Fi, reverse cycle air conditioning, and a laundry with a washing machine. The main bathroom features a spa bath, perfect for the kids or relaxing after a day at the beach. Linens, bath towels, and tea towels are provided for your convenience. Double garage.

Located in a quiet street, just a short 2-minute drive or easy walk to the beach, Seabreeze Sanctuary is only 7 minutes from the shopping centre in Batemans Bay, offering the perfect balance of seclusion and accessibility.

We are pet friendly but only for small dogs and no dogs allowed on furniture.

Spectacular views and such a comfortable, well appointed house

This house is so well appointed, comfortable beds, so much space and every amenity that we needed. The property manager gave us everything we needed and responded quickly to our queries. The views are spectacular and the so many beaches within an easy drive, lots of walking tracks and so quiet and serene. Many hours spent lounging on the deck watching to ocean views.
