Si tienes alguna queja enseguida se ocupan y se esmeran para que tengas una estadía súper. "Was hoping for a view of Manhattan from our room but didn’t get one - room was a bit gloomy! But to make up for it they gave us use of the 16th floor hospitality which was nice of them."

"We had a fantastic stay at Placemakr Wall Street and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting New York. The location is unbeatable—situated in a safe, vibrant part of the Financial District, it sits just steps away from multiple subway lines, making it incredibly easy to explore the rest of the city. The room itself felt more like a modern apartment than a standard hotel. It was exceptionally spacious, spotlessly clean, and featured a fully equipped kitchen and in-unit laundry, which made our stay comfortable and convenient. The amenities were excellent, including a well-equipped fitness center and beautiful common spaces. The check-in process was entirely digital and seamless, and the staff we encountered were polite and helpful. It truly felt like a relaxing home away from home in the middle of NYC. We will definitely be back!"
