Everything from first impressions, Receptionist at check in was so friendly. The room was fantastic absolutely no expense spared it was spotlessly clean. The large bed was so comfortable. We ate in the restaurant again food was exceptional staff were so friendly and helpful. Location was brilliant We will certainly be returning and hopefully quite shortly

Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Rooms absolutely amazing. A bathroom that i would love to have in my own home.

Breakfast was lovely - porridge with fruit and honey. Partner had muffin, there was coffee, tea, juice, menu which was great. I liked the fact that menu displayed price of food items - this was new for me and I think good idea.

The hotel is centrally located in the city of Derry with large clean modern rooms. The bar is essentially the pub next door, which is quite busy. There aren't any real hotel amenities eg lobby or gym, so i did find it tricky without room servi e late at night. Nonetheless in normal hours it is great and comfortable place to stay.

Beautiful hotel, nice easy check-in with Roisin the receptionist who made us very welcome and pointed us in the right direction several times. Hotel room was fantastic , very clean and spacious. The bar and restaurant were also excellent food and staff top class . We will definitely be back .

Great new hotel in the city centre. Parking is a bit awkward and there is no concierge, but reception are in hand until 11:30pm. Bar was fun and food quality was good. A good place to stay to see the city
