The room was clean and the staff were courteous. The only issue was that since the window was selaed the room felt a bit claustrophobic. I would also suggest an addition of a small fridge in the room. The biggest issue was that the hotel did not have any parking, but if one searches online, there are many parking spaces available, which one might book.

Clean and convenient

Stayed for 2 nights while visiting with friends for the weekend. Incredibly convenient location and the room was clean. I will note that it was about 27c degrees and the window in my room did not open, so it was very warm. The hotel did provide a small fan which helped slightly. Prior to arrival I saw lots of reviews about the noise from the train station, but I did not experience any issues with noise in room 108.

Not a 5 star hotel but gave 5 star because it was perfect for what we needed. Very clean, staff were helpful and friendly. It was so convenient to be right by the tube. Had no problem with noise.

Older hotel but clean and safe. Helpful staff, comfy bed. Room was a great price and the location is fantastic. Right by the tube and train station, lots of shops and restaurants nearby.
