Perfect for what we wanted

Perfect for what we wanted. A very small room but we weren’t spending time there so it didn’t matter. The receptionist was very helpful and moved us to a first floor room on request. The room was spotlessly clean.

I was going to cancel my reservation after reading the reviews more. I’m glad I didn’t! The service from the check in manager was lovely- even offered to help pay for parking as I couldn’t download an app. Also offered help with bags and very courteous each time. Location is superb and easy access to the bus service of London! You can get almost anywhere from Victoria! It’s not the best hotel I’ve stayed in but I’ve paid a lot more for a lot worse. Good value , budget hotel.

This is an extremely basic hotel. Only a bath towel and floor towel, no hand towel or wash cloths. No refrigerator for my medications and no concern about it from the front door person. You only get ONE KEY for your room, no matter how many are staying in the room. The shower was adequate, good water flow and temperature. The AC was very good. Everything else is extremely basic and spartan. The location is good.

I won’t use them again

Really bad service. I was charged twice. They told me it was just holding payment but after 5 days I had to remind them to reimburse the money. I did not find them helpful and friendly. Definitely not coming back.

The Tudor Inn staff were friendly but did not care to help with any situation. I had asked for an extra towel there was 2 adults in the room and they only have 2 towels I needed one for my hair they would not give an extra towel also there were no hand towel or face cloths.. We also asked if there was any ice they said they had no ice and there was no fridges to keep water cool. We arrived one night at 8 pm the door was closed... I was looking for my key to open the door there was a staff member sitting inside about 4 ft from the door watching me... did not attempt to get up to open the door.

Front desk staff were kind enough. The rooms are filthy!!! It starts with the stairs leading to your room that need to be vacuumed. The bathroom was gross-the top of the toilet was clearly not cleaned. The shower doors were wiped but not clean. The bedroom itself was also gross-the counter space with the kettle needs to be wiped clean, the bed is OLD and the bed is made with a top sheet and there is no mattress cover. The mattress is old and clearly dirty with crumbs and gross stuff from not using proper bedding. The pillowcase has yellowed. The walls throughout the room are gross and need washing. The power fixture next to the bed is loose. The full length mirror was dirty. Guests check in at all hours and it is loud. You can hear everything from your neighbours. All in all, better can be found, not worth the money.

Hotel très bien bien placé dans le centre de Londres proche de la gare Victoria. Quartier résidentiel mais avec une petite animation (restos et boutiques a proximité). C'est ce qui peut justifier le prix relativement élevé, mais l'emplacement était pour nous le plus important. Point de vigilance : Salle d'eau.... WC dans le lavabo.... très compliqué pour les personnes de plus d' 1m20.... Sinon la douche est propre et OK en taille. Fenêtre qui ne ferme par complètement ou simple vitrage, en tous cas bruyant....

Convinient location however pretty worn down and room was right under a trainline so pretty loud. They also charge 5 pounds to hold you bag and they tried to charge me twice.

Great location…but

Location, location, location!!! Nice neighborhood near Victoria Station. Near pubs, stores, etc. But…3rd floor sucks after a day of walking the city. Also- the toilet situation is a challenge. We could not sit on the toilet without arms in the sink. It’s a tight squeeze- not for the faint of heart.

Muy buena ubicación

El hotel muy bien ubicado, recepción 24h, llegué pasadas las 12 y ningún problema para hacer el checkin. La habitación genial, lo único malo que muy temprano había ruido fuera de nuestra habitación y nos despertó en varias ocasiones hasta que ya decidimos levantarnos, las habitaciones no están nada aisladas de ruido respecto a las otras. Por lo demás bien.

When we arrived there was a paper notice on the door: we had to go across the road to another hotel to check in. The guy didn’t take my name or booking reference, just handed me a slip of paper to fill out and gave me a random room key. Considering that I booked a deluxe double room, I wouldn’t have called it that myself. We were in LG3 - essentially, a cupboard in a basement. So small, the expression “no room to swing a cat” would be generous. The bed (“like lying on a tombstone” as per my fiancé): hard, tiny, yet only the smallest amount of floor space possible to actually walk around. There were stains on the bedding & curtains, hairs on the floor, dust coating the skirting boards, dirty cups & some sort of sticky residue on the bedside drawers - it didn’t appear to have been cleaned between our stay and the previous occupants’ (or the ones before that!). The view out of the window was a white wall with a yellow ladder leaning against it - I mean at this point what’s the point in having a window, I’m in the basement for Pete’s sake! The one good thing about it was the rainfall shower, but if it weren’t for that this would be the worst trip I’ve ever been on. There’s no evidence of there ever having been a reception, just an empty vending machine. In all honesty, it seems as though the hotel opposite bought this in order to have more rooms available, but used a different name for the building to avoid having to take responsibility for it. I certainly wouldn’t stay again.
