Tucked away just moments from the vibrant heart of Central London, this charming and cosy flat offers a perfect base for couples or solo travellers seeking comfort, convenience, and a true London experience. Warm, welcoming and well-equipped, the flat is ideal for both short breaks and longer stays. Located on the third floor of a traditional period building, the flat features one comfortable bedroom with a double bed, and one modern bathroom complete with a relaxing bathtub. Please note that the property is accessed via a staircase of approximately fifty steps, as there is no lift.

Inside, the flat is thoughtfully decorated in a boho-contemporary style, blending natural textures with clean, modern touches to create a calming and stylish space. The open living area is designed for comfort, with a plush sofa and Smart TV providing the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the city. The kitchen comes fully equipped with modern appliances including a microwave, making it easy to prepare meals at home. A dining area with seating for up to three people completes the space, ideal for enjoying breakfast before heading out or a quiet dinner in.

Just a short walk from iconic green spaces such as Regent’s Park and Hyde Park, it also offers easy access to Marylebone High Street, known for its stylish boutiques, independent cafés, and relaxed village atmosphere. Excellent transport links are on your doorstep, with Marylebone, Baker Street, Marble Arch, and Edgware Road stations all within walking distance, connecting you effortlessly to the rest of the city. Whether you're enjoying a morning coffee on a leafy terrace or heading out to explore London's cultural landmarks, this location offers the perfect balance of tranquillity and connectivity.

Transport links couldn’t be better. Edgware Road Tube Station is the closest, offering connections to the Bakerloo, Circle, District and Hammersmith & City lines, making it incredibly easy to reach the West End, Notting Hill, or even further afield. Whether you're heading to Oxford Circus for shopping, Camden Market for culture, or the South Bank for a riverside stroll, you’ll find getting around effortless. Marylebone rail station is also within easy walking distance, providing excellent national rail connections for day trips or onward travel beyond the city.

The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.

Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.

We were bothered and interrogated a bit by someone from the City, two different times, because the person who is leasing the place is not allowed to let or rent the place out. Thus, we felt a little unwelcome during our stay. Otherwise, nice place.
