日本人にも適した宿泊施設でした。施設は非常に清潔です。ロケーションも良いです。施設への入口もオートロックがあるので安心感がありました。 設備についても、乾燥機能付きの洗濯機が２台あり、洗剤も置かれていたので簡単に洗濯できます。 各部屋毎にはIHヒーターやフライパンや食器もあるので、自炊も可能です。 ハウスキーピングの方が、ゴミをほぼ毎日回収してくれます。シーツやバスタオルは週一の交換でした。

Location was very convenient to nearby shops and stations. However This is a staffless property, which created some issues. Upon our arrival, a code was needed to access our room, we were sent a code that was incorrect and had to figure the correct code out on our own. The room we were assigned initially had a foul smell when we entered, which we attributed to the location nearby the train station. This is more likely due to a plumbing issue, since our bathroom sink did not drain and would quickly fill with water. The one window in the room had an electric blind, which did not work. This means we were left in the dark during the day, and light during the nigh, with little privacy. They say there is an iPad by the entrance to contact the staff if necessary, this also did not work. AFter many attempts to call we did reach the staff about these issues, and were promised maintenance staff would check the next day on these problems. After packing up all of our belongings and locking them away, we returned in the evening to find that no staff had come, and the room was in the same condition as before. The next staff member we talked to had no knowledge of these complaints but assured us they would come to check these problems the next day. We repeated the same process locking up our belongings, and received a call during the day that we were being reassigned to a new room. This room was much better, with a broken light switch being the only problem.

L'hotel si trova su una strada molto carina e ben frequentata, a due passi dalla stazione e dalla metro. Struttura fantastica, ogni stanza è un container perfettamente riadattato, completo di tutto. La cucina è perfettamente attrezzata. Nonostante la vicinanza alla ferrovia, non è troppo rumoroso e soprattutto ti forniscono di utili tappi per le orecchie.

Great location, great room but very very cold! The main room itself has heating and it would have been nice if this had been on ahead of my arrival as the room was very cold when I arrived. There is no heating in the area between the bedroom and the shower room and especially if you use the toilet during the night, it is freezing in this area. There is a door that separates the bedroom area to the area with the shower room and I understand why, as this is to block the noise of the trains which would be unbearable without this! But this area has no heating and for a stay here in January, boy it was cold!!

Leider ging an zweii aufeinanderfolgenden Tagen mitten in der Nacht immer wieder der Feueralarm los, was die Qualität des Aufenthalts deutlich minderte. Immerhin mussten wir drei Mal mit der Londoner Feuerwehr vorlieb nehmen. Speziell beim ersten Alarm dauerte die Reaktion von Stow-Away sehr lange und wir standen über eine halbe Stunde in der Kälte.

Whilst the room was well equipped and comfortable, the remote to my television was missing meaning that it couldn’t be used. The lack of soundproofing also had a signifificant impact on my stay despite the provision of earplugs. The guests staying in the room above mine were incredibly noisy from 1:30-4:30am and as a lone female guest with no onsite staff, this was quite intimidating and ruined my stay. I think the location, design and amenities are good but the price of £150 for one night, with no luggage storage facilities and no staff on site, was quite poor value. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The kitchen was nothing fancy but clean. It wasn't super quiet since the trains ran by my room 24 hours a day but I got used to it. The people in the wine bar downstairs were very friendly and helpful. Easy walk for many of the attractions I came to see.

Location is excellent! A few blocks to multiple subway lines, including the train that we took to Hampton Court Palace and the two different airports. The street where the hotel is located was filled with restaurants and bars and a street market. The graffiiti Tunnel is steps away. 15-20 walk to many London attractions as well... Room had everything we needed the bed and pillows very comfortable. (not many rooms with kings size beds) Good communication with the hotel, when I needed a blow dryer and clean up of a broken glass. Both were quickly addressed. The self check in was seamless as well. If I am being picking, some hooks to hang towels and brighter lighting. They are currently doing construction across the street but we never slept in. The street is a little noisy but it was fine for us. Overall great stay! Would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay with South Bank in Easy reach

Good communication from stowaway team and the set up was v straightforward to use with codes coming through in good time. The location was perfect for us, the room nicely proportioned and v comfortable-lots of space and a great electric black out blind to help with sleep. The wine bar on the ground floor was a friendly and enjoyable space with good food. Proximity to the South Bank and National Theatre was perfect for us
