Fast check-in and check-out, good clean bed, comfortable bedding and room temperature. However, the toilets were very dirty. That aside, having a kettle was lovely. Good for a short one night stay

I booked the 8-bed female ensuite. I really didn't have any high expectations. But to my pleasant surprise both the room and bathroom were neat and smelled good. Good water flow. Neat white beddings. And the roommates were respectful of each other. Even though you walk into some loud music at the reception, the rooms are kind of insulated. They are quiet and soothing and the music doesn't filter through. It's a superb location too. Easy to find food, shops and transportation. I had a good experience.

Always a great place to stay. Peaceful rooms, copious, spacious bathrooms, and friendly staff. Location also excellent - literally opposite Hammersmith tube station [aka. Underground / London metro].(Hammersmith Apollo - five mins walk away / Olympia exhibition centre in fifteen minutes walk.) Five stars / recommend.

Very kind and helpful staff. Some hygiene facilities were a bit run down but sufficient enough. This hostel is located very centraly in Hammersmith with the bus and tube stations in close proximity. Direct connection via the Piccadillyline to Heathrow.

It’s great having a bar and restaurant nearby and the area is diverse, vibrant, and lively. Annie and Alan were fantastic in helpful. I and my friend had a private 2-bed room which was cute but went during what turned out to be a heatwave and the room was hot so be prepared for that if you’re going during a heatwave lol. But otherwise it was great: convenient, affordable, clean, great staff, and fun environment and area.

Really hard to find the place, would have been nice to know it's part of Belushis! I walked past it twice, no indication on the outside at all!! It was a little noisy, but totally understandable given the location. Fabulous value for money as always, helpful staff. light/power socket really accessible and useful, which is always fantastic!

Convenient location and wonderful service

I have been staying at this hostel for the past 7 or 8 years. It is a convenient location and very safe. There used to be a kettle and free tea or coffee and breakfast was included in the price. I stayed at the hostel last December 2022 and that was the last time that those services were offered.

I loved the room which is quite, clean and mainly no disturbs. Downstairs we have nice pub where live match are shown in bigger screen. Only one drawback is the break fast it should be improve a lot in terms of timing and food items. In my stay they closed the break fast 40 minutes before the closing time.

A bit noisy but a good hostel!

The location was excellent, it is directly opposite Hammersmith station. The room was clean and the bed was basic but I liked having the curtains for privacy. Plug sockets and reading light worked well. The bathroom was clean but was a bit tired. The shower was decent and shower gel was provided. The clothes hook on the back of the door was falling off (a screw missing) but I was impressed with the cleanliness of the bathroom. The hostel is very noisy at night, mainly because of the bars beneath and it being a busy London road. There were lots of drunk people shouting, loud music and sirens going by throughout the night. I know this is not the Hostel’s fault but just something to bear in mind if you’re a light sleeper. Overall it was a pleasant stay! :)
