This place was terrible Do not rent this place. It should be delisted. How anyone could rate it 8/10 must be homeless and living under a bridge somewhere.The Wifi didn't work. There was no indication of the name of it or what the password was. I investigated more i saw that there were no network or fiber cables running from the wall to the routers. I suspect that they aren't even paying for an account. When we emailed the host we got no response. We tried to phone them 7 times with no response. They just ghosted us.The place looked like all the interior doors had been kicked in at some point. All the door handles and wood around them were broken or missing. One bedroom window is completely smashed out exposing the room to the outside environment. The bathroom door won't close because it jambs on a light switch. Worst of all is the bathroom window's lock is missing. Anyone walking by outside could push it open and come in. These people are scammers and VRBO should take this listing down

Apartamento básico pero funcional, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días alojados, como las camas que son muy cómodas por ejemplo, aunque si es cierto que habría que reparar algunas cosas rotas o dañadas. La dueña se portó muy bien dejándonos entrar y salir después de las horas fijadas en la web porque estaba libre y además como no funcionaba internet, tuvimos una pequeña compensación económica, eso es de agradecer.

Très bonne situation pour visiter le centre de Londres. Bon rapport qualité /prix. Accès wifi impossible mais ça ne nous n’a pas gênés car nous n’y étions que pour dormir !

The location is definitely a plus—central and fairly quiet. However, the apartment feels quite neglected and poorly maintained, as if little care has been given to the guest experience. Things are just... off. Doors are damaged (the WC door still doesn’t close, as others have noted), and overall, it gives the impression of being dirty and unloved.There was no WiFi during our stay, and all my messages about it were ignored—so just a heads-up: there is no working internet.The kitchen is very basic. While there’s an air fryer and a coffee machine, essential tools like a vegetable peeler or grater were missing. That said, it’s London—we came for the city, not the apartment. You can get by staying here, but keep your expectations low. I’ll definitely look for a different place next time.

Checked in, immedicately tried to use the washing machine, when sewer water began pouring out of the machine and would not stop. Washer door was broken and would no close. We had to evacuate the premises due to the smell. The apartment also did not seem to be very clean, at all.

The wifi was not working or available as advertised. There was no remote to work the TV. Doors to all rooms were broken (no doorknobs) The bathroom sink leaked. But positive stuff was The neighborhood was quiet. They amenities were all decent. Many places to visit were close.

Good location and has so much potential

Very spacious flat but needs some attention. Could be amazing with just a little work as in a great accessible location and loads of space, but the toilet door and door of the one bedroom do not close. The tap on the shower is plumbed in the wrong way. There is a pane of glass missing from the living room window, and there has definitely been a cat in there as really set off my allergies.Could have been cleaned better as I had to wash the airfyer before I could use it. The fridge was also not clean and the cupboards and drawers were a bit dirty.I would consider staying here again, but hope that the matters are addressed

The booking of this property and the support from the staff upon arrival was great. I wanted to start with this.Unfortunately, the property was disappointing, to say the least. I haven’t ever had a bad experience upon arrival to a VRBO property, so needless to say, I was very surprised to see the quality of the space. The actual physical location is fabulous. We would have been in an ideal spot to sight see and have access to the surrounding area had we stayed, but the flat was very run down. Even updating the bedding, appliances, and furniture would make this a better place to stay.I am grateful to have received a refund when we cancelled the stay.

Lo necesario para dormir y poder visitar

La propiedad estaba un poco sucia, olia a encerrado, los edredones y los cojines olian mal y tubimos q comprar mantas para los ninyos ya que no soportaban el olor, el paper de banyo estaba lleno de sangre y tubimos q comprar, el bater lleno de colillas, el jabon de limpiar platos medio bacio, el ambiantador del banyo bacio, no pudimos ver la television ya que no se conectaba a internet ni daba la opcion de conectarse y creemos que faltaba algun cable o algun aparato para poder ver la tele (al tener ninyos con nosotros, la tele los ubiera distraido mientras cenabamos en casa) y los dos mandos no funcionaban y no habia ninguna instruccion de como usarlos. En una de las habitaciones estaba el tendedero llenisimo de sabanas y los armarios llenos de maderas etc.La casa esta en muy buena localizacion, muy bien connectada, muy calentita, hay lo necesario para poder cocinar y comer como si estubieras en tu propia casa, e incluso una airfrier, micoondas, tostadora, cubiertos, ollas, sartenes, platos, vasos.Las vistas des de la parte de delante eran preciosas, pudimos ver el London eye (la noria), the Shak Tower. Al estar en la novena planta hacia un poco de viento pero las vistas eran increibles.Cerca hay bares donde hacen desayunos, supermecados (Waitrose) y pups (los bares Ingleses).A pesar de todo, toda la familia disfruto muchisimo de la estancia en el piso en Paddington y de la visita a Londres.Os lo recomiendo!!!

The Definition of the Least Amount of Effort

Unfortunately our stay here was less than ideal. The washer and dryer were broken before we arrived. The washer would leak and the dryers heating unit wouldn't work. We also were unsatisfied with the cleanliness of the unit. There was rubbish from previous guests still present, the closets were unorganized and unusable, the linens did not smell freshly cleaned, and the walls and floors did not appear clean. On top of this all, the door to the washroom would not close. Plus, we received no communications from the host regarding entry into the unit until the day before our stay when we initiated the conversation.It felt like we were given the least amount of effort in hosting. I unfortunately could not recommend this place despite the decent location and price.

Great location

We loved the location. It was great that it had a good working elevator because we were on the 9th floor. The heat worked really well. The second bedroom had plenty of space for our 3 children. We liked how the toilet was separate from the shower room and there were plenty of towels. The things that need work: the stove does not stay lite. The clothes washer walks out of the cabinet. The door to the toilet does not close all the way. Thank you for hosting us.

Muy bien ubicado.

El apartamento es tal y como se ve en el anuncio. Es un piso 9, tiene 2 ascensores que funcionan bien. No es lujoso pero tiene de todo. Lo único malo que la cocina no funcionaba correctamente, pero me las apañé para hacerla funcionar. El apartamento está muy céntrico y llegas al centro en nada. Si vuelvo lo buscaré para volver a alojarme en él.

Do not stay here

Could not open and shut door. Door did not fit frame….very unsafe if there was a fire….I could not open the door myself… After a 20 hour flight, we both fell asleep, only to be woken up an agent banging on the door, which we had great difficulty opening….the agent had two clients with him and wanted to show the flat…we were half asleep had our belongs open, did not know who these people were…not cool at all! The there were windows with no glass, all windows were in need of major repair. Hot water was not reliable. In honesty I did let the property manager know, however, we did not want to be available to have strangers in the flat…. Over all everything were worn out and not clean No info…. Regarding TV use…no info regarding area.
