For what was needed this hotel was ideal, outside litter was not hotels fault as all hotels along the run had same problem. Positives- excellent location, comfortable beds, pleasant staff, bike rental near by. Negatives- tiny waterfall shower that left no space to wash without turning off the shower, could use a luggage rack, window in our room didn’t fully close, not air conditioned so the room was hot at night and no fan in the bathroom which made it super hot to shower.

The location was perfect! It was very close to Paddington Station and Hyde Park. Lots of great restaurants and pubs and the staff were very nice. The neighborhood was very clean and safe. The only thing that I would like to see is some kind of air ventilation. We were there during a heat wave with no air conditioning and no way to open the windows. Overall it was a great stay!
