Schönes, gut gelegenes Hotel

Das Hotel war vom Zustand her top! Leider wurde beim Check-in das dazu gebuchte Frühstück (das schon im Voraus bezahlt war) zuerst nicht akzeptiert. Aus diesem Grund kam es zu zahlreichen Verzögerungen und lästigen Diskussionen mit dem Rezeption-Personal. Als wir am nächsten Morgen zum Frühstück (mit Aussicht) kamen, wurden wir wegen ausgeschöpfter Kapazität zu einem "Notfall-Frühstücksbuffet" geschickt im Keller! => Ohne Themse Aussicht in einem zugigen Konferenzraum, wo nicht mal die Kaffeemaschine funktionierte und die angebotenen Produkte nicht beschriftet waren. Am nächsten Morgen klappte mit dem Frühstück alles ;-) => Aussicht auf die Themse (12.Stock und super Frühstück!) Zimmer: Zum Glück hatten wir vor Ankunft telefonischen Kontakt mit dem Hotel, so konnten wir das Zimmer mit Aussicht auf die Themse upgraden (gegen Aufpreis). Ansonsten hätte man ein Zimmer mit Sicht in den Hinterhof (auf andere Hotelzimmer) erhalten! Lage: Die Lage war wirklich top. Nahe Tube Verbindung (Victoria Line, Vauxhall) und super Spazierweg bis zur Tower Bridge ;-) Das Concierge Personal wie Paul, Sam und alle anderen waren super zuvorkommend und ausserordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Great hotel, good location close to Westminster and central London. We stayed in a suite which was furnished to a high standard. The executive breakfast was superb, a range of food options on the buffet, a spacious area and great views from the 12th floor to enjoy! Would highly recommend this hotel and hope to come back soon.

Beautiful modern style in a good location with great views of the River Thames and parliament. Easy to walk to places of interest. We received complimentary buffet breakfast each morning in the Executive Loumge on the 12th floor which had amazing views of parliament also.

Gorgeous view of the river and very comfortable sp

I was upgraded and the view from my apartment was incredible. The flat was spacious and had everything I could need. The food was good and portions were large. Services was good as well.

Birthday weekend away. First class service from check-in to check-out especially from the always smiling Alejandro. We had some drinks and snacks from the bar which again had great service and chat from Ruddy. Room, bed and bathroom all very spacious. Our room on 14th floor had exceptional views up towards the London eye/south bank and the west end. Around a 7/8 minute walk to Vauxhall tube and train stations and 10 minutes walk the other way to London eye so great location for getting around the city. Would definitely recommend and will use again, thanks

A MUST FOR A STAY IN LONDON

We booked a room for two nights for a special occasion in London. On arrival we were booked in by Colin who was very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Having requested a Westminster view months earlier he moved things around to ensure we had the room we wanted. Having moved us, our room wasn’t ready so we were given a welcome drink at the bar whilst we waited. We returned to reception 90 mins later to find our room was still not ready but Alejandro who was now on reception, kindly upgraded us to a better room and access to the Executive lounge as an apology. We spent around 1 hour in our room when we suffered a power cut (just our room) I re-attended reception and Alejandro moved us again to a better room, still with a Westminster view. The level of service from all staff in the hotel was superb, from being greeted as we entered, the bar staff, room service and anyone we came in to contact with. Lovely hotel, great views, welcoming staff and I would visit again and recommend highly.

Hotel excelente!

Ficamos no quarto com vista para o rio com sala separada. As crianças ficaram acomodadas na sala com sofá cama e uma cama extra. A cama da suíte era muito confortável, roupas de cama de ótima qualidade. A máquina de lavar roupa do quarto ajuda muito quem viaja com crianças. O próprio hotel fornece o sabão para a máquina. Achei o quarto moderno, todo automatizado. O hotel é muito bom! A única coisa que achei um pouco ruim foi a distância da estação de metrô. Para quem viaja no frio é um pouco desgastante a volta pro hotel no final do dia, pois da estação até o hotel dá uns 7 minutos de caminhada. Mas o hotel em si merece nota 10!

Fantastic hotel

Lovely hotel in a central location, easy walking distance to numerous landmarks. We had a few issues at check in and with our room, but reception staff were very helpful and resolved the issues quickly, and found us an alternative room. Room facilities were lovely, fantastic shower! Only criticism would be that the kitchenette was not well stocked; very little crockery (1 bowl between 3 of us, and even though I requested more these never materialised), and no provisions for washing dishes. Would definitely stay here again though.

The experience was one of a satisfactory level as the coffee machine was not working properly, the kettle was not working at all, there are no usb charges in the room yet the hotel is so modernised. The restaurant is excellent though.

Une vue magnifique sur la Tamise, propreté parfaite lit confortable équipement moderne. Petit bémol avec la température de la chambre qui malgré le chauffage n’excédait pas 19 degrés C malgré les fenêtres fermées laissent passer l’air froid.
