This is the first time I have written a scolding negative review, but I want to warn people about this truly dreadful experience I went through with this apartment. There were a number of major and minor issues that made this an uncomfortable and unpleasant stay, starting with the level of service that I received. First, I did not receive instructions on checking in to the place until within 12 hours of my arrival. Two days prior, I sent an email requesting directions as I was flying overseas from China, as part of a 20-hour trip. When I landed in London at 10pm, I did not have wifi connection and could not check last minute emails. I made my way to the apartment (after 24 hours of travel) only to find that I had no access or assistance to the building. I had to switch on my roaming service (at $2 per minute) and call their office, not once but three times to get connected to someone who could help. When inside the apartment, there were no instructions of any sort. Again, I had to use roaming charges to call their operator to get instructions for the internet access, which could have easily been left on a sheet of paper in the apartment. This call lasted more than 15 minutes (at $2 per hour) again costing me extra money. Other issues - no soap for the shower, long female hair all over the apartment, a bed that had the cheapest, least supportive mattress, and no indoor AC service with daytime temperatures exceeding 26C.
Overall, a very bad stay. Please avoid!
