Featuring a spacious open-plan lounge, dining area, and a modern kitchen 🍽️, you’ll have everything you need to feel at home. Relax on the private balcony 🌞 or unwind in the cosy living space. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, enjoy the vibrant surroundings and top-notch amenities ✨.

This property features three spacious and modern bedrooms, each designed for comfort and relaxation. With plenty of storage and natural light, they offer a peaceful space to rest after a day of exploring.
🛁 Modern Bathroom & Ensuite
Enjoy the best of both worlds with a main bathroom featuring a relaxing bath and an ensuite with a sleek walk-in shower. Fresh towels and toiletries are provided for added convenience.
🛋️ Bright & Open Living Area
The open-plan living and dining area is perfect for spending time together. Relax on the comfy sofa or watch your favourite shows on the large TV, all in a bright, welcoming space.
🍽️ Fully Equipped Kitchen
Cook up a storm in the modern kitchen with all the appliances you need, ample counter space, and everything to make your meals easy and enjoyable.
📍 Prime Location
Around 10 minutes to both Streatham Common Station and Streatham Station, you're in the heart of this lively area. Enjoy easy access to central London and the local area, with excellent transport links making it the perfect base for business and leisure stays. Plus, Streatham Common is just around the corner, perfect for morning jogs, leisurely walks, or a peaceful afternoon picnic.
You will have the entire property for yourself
We want to try to cater for all guests therefore please do bear in mind this is our family home and there are a few additional rules:
- Parties are strictly prohibited and an extra charge will apply should any house rules be broken.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited, an extra charge will apply should any rules be broken. The building is a non-smoking zone.
- No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
- No pets allowed
- No unregistered guests allowed
- Quiet hours within 11pm and 7am;
- Access to the neighbour's rooftop is not allowed.
- Please make sure to lock the door and ensure you do not slam it (close it carefully) and ensure all the windows when leaving the property.
- Please respect check-in and check-out times. Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am.
- The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details.
- A charge will be applied for late checkout if there is no previous agreement.
- Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a the full cost of lock replacement will be charged for any lost keys - therefore please be careful with them.
- Please do your dishes, strip the beds and take the trash out before you leave
- Please use indoor shoes/slippers, if possible
- If anything breaks please do let us know so that this can be replaced.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest
verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
