It’s an amazing location with decent facilities. Check in info needs to be updated because the lifts work with the same code that one uses to access the building and the unit. But otherwise we had a fantastic stay. Highly recommended !

A fine place to stay. Appliances all good. Bathroom nice. Bed was good. Spacious. I might be reluctant to stay in warmer weather. The building is warm, cools off fine if it’s cool outside. No AC. Fans provided. Our unit had two doors to the balcony.

DO NOT EVER STAY HERE They canceled a 2 bedroom hotel the day I checked in. I already had the check-in information, and at 3 pm the day of, they canceled. Their approach was to cancel my 2 bedroom hotel the day of - by sending me an email!!!! - and switched me from a 2 bedroom to a single hotel room. I was traveling with my elderly mom, and needed a 2 bedroom near Buckingham Palace. Their offerings AFTER spending 90 minutes on the phone for a 2 bedroom hotel in prime area: - A single one room hotel - Two separate rooms in Chelsea, a 45 minute walk from the city center - Cancel my room for a refund This hotel expected my mom, who uses a mobility scooter, and can’t get into the tube with it. I picked the location I did so she could walk to Buckingham Palace and Big Ben before she can’t travel any more. The hotel SHOULD have found me an alternative that was the same or better hotel. Instead, they emailed me at about 3 pm the day of check in. Then, while at the airport to fly in, I had to chase down a supervisor on the phone. I spent 90 minutes to try to resolve. Instead of the hotel solving the issue, I had to book the same day IN PRIME LONDON to find a hotel that was available for Saturday night in one of the most desirable locations in Europe.

Het appartement was heerlijk groot, met echt een mega balkon en lag op de perfecte locatie. Het was behoorlijk stil in de nacht voor midden in Londen. We hebben genoten samen met onze twee kinderen. Kleine puntjes ter verbetering: het is heel warm binnen. Na het uitzetten vd verwarming en openzetten van alle ramen, was dat redelijk opgelost. Iedere nacht gaat er heel luid en kort 1 keer een alarm af. Alsof de batterij vd rookmelder leeg was. We konden zelf niet ontdekken waar het vandaag kwam. Laatste kleine verbetering. Even erbij vermelden dat je bij de eerste keer inchecken de code op het kleine zwarte boxje moet intypen en niet op de normale toetsen die tegen de muur hangen. Wij hebben wel even staan duwen voordat we het doorhadden. 😁. Verder was alles echt prima!!

I had work on Victoria street and this location allowed me to be very close. Nice apartment, clean, nice bed, nice bathroom. I'll be back.

The location is perfect. You're literally right around the corner from all things. It's a 10 minute walk if that's to Westminster Abbey. Another 3 minutes and you're at Big Ben. There is a fantastic Italian restaurant right down the street. There are tons of Tesco's right around the corner so if you forgot anything you can easily pick something up right there. The bathrooms were fully stocked with full sized shampoos conditioners and lotion. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots pans plates utensils anything you need it's there. My only gripe is I wish the instructions for checking in were a little easier. I also wish the washer dryer came with instructions. I also wish the room that has a shower only had other options other than a rain head shower. This applies specifically for those men and women of color who don't want to wash their hair every single time they take a shower. Outside of that this is the best location this was the best unit we were on the 8th floor My family loved it, the kids were comfortable they had a great time. The next time we are ever in London I can guarantee we will stay here again.

The reviews for sure were most accurate. It is very warm inside the flat and you must keep all doors and windows open all day or it’s very hot at night. However they do provide 4 fans which is nice. The outside space in the picture on the rooftop has signs that say only for property owners. Which make it unclear if it’s available for use as a renter. Beds are very nice. The construction is 7days a week. Very close and very loud with doors open. With doors close can’t hear a thing. But then it gets warm. The location is perfect for all the attractions. We are very glad we stayed at this location it was a perfect London experience for a family from the United States.

Say goodbye to your am sleep and ears!!

The location and the windows were the only positive thing about this place. The couch had visible stains and an unpleasant odor, so we had to cover it with a blanket to sit and watch TV. It smelled like old furniture and sweat. Additionally, there was continuous construction noise from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., including drilling. Although closing the windows helped reduce the noise, the lack of air conditioning and airflow forced us to keep them open, making it difficult to avoid the drilling. I believe the rental company should disclose this information to future renters.
