The location of the hotel is fantastic with central London all in walking distance. We had an apartment room which suited us perfectly for the week. The kitchenette was a great asset. The hotel was lovely and clean and the staff were always very responsive to our needs. I would recommend this hotel.

Amazing location, great spacious rooms and lovely staff. Beds were comfy and we had great amenities in our apartment. Lovely breakfast included and very affordable. Would definitely stay here again when coming to London!

We stayed in the one bedroom apartment on the ground floor. Pros- The room was a great size and the location was great! The breakfast was a full English breakfast and delicious. The staff were wonderful and so helpful. Cons- The decor in the room was very worn and tired. The dusty old fake flowers and curtains and dirty chairs need to go. The carpet and bathroom flooring needs replacing, as does the corroded, rusty bathroom faucet. The room does have lovely English charm and with some needed updates and cleaning, it would be so lovely.
