Good value for money

It was clean, very well located and had everything required. It was quite noisy however, the road noise was loud and no plug beside bed which is a bit inconvenient but overall good stay and good value for money.

A clean and tidy hotel in a nice area of London not far from Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. Friendly staff and good breakfast choices. Modernised bathroom but room otherwise a bit bland. No tea coffee making facilities is a shame, and the TV was ancient! But otherwise it was ok, particularly as it is cheaper than most London hotels.

Staff were absolutely lovely, the hotel was clean and tidy. It was an older building full of charm. The area felt safe, close to Paddington Station, excellent location especially if you’re comfortable with the London Underground.

Well located for short walking distances to a variety of different tube lines. Good value budget hotel, decent basic breakfast included. Only downside for us really was being on the top floor it was very warm and with no lift and an increasing cramped winding set of stairs to reach the top floor it would not suit less ambulant guests.

Clean room, in a quiet part of town, room functions as expected for a 2 star hotel! Friendly helpful staff. Everything was well thought out in the room, but the pillows could be thicker and the bed was just long enough for me at 5”7. I am picky with cleanliness and it was very good! Breakfast was limited but you were able to get 4 items from the menu for free, speedy service (I was there for 8:30) but it was full by 9 so better to go a little earlier if you can. Overall a pleasant stay that I appreciated, would stay again if in the area.

Good value, convenient location, clean room. Breakfast was nice but not a lot of variety, would have been good to have fruit as an option. Cooked breakfast is an extra charge. No tea/coffee facilities available in the rooms, apparently there were some in the coffee lounge but not sure on the opening times.

Lovely Hotel

I had a lovely time with my friends in this hotel. We slept wonderfully which can be difficult in London! There weren’t any noise to disturb us and the beds were comfortable. The room was big enough for us to move comfortably around. I also have to mention that the neighbourhood is absolutely stunning and there’s many transports close to it, bus stations and the underground! We felt safe even at night. The breakfast was okay it was pretty simple, don’t expect a full buffet with many choices but we ate well and it was convenient so overall we had a good experience! Next time I am in London I will definitely be staying there again.

Perfect location, amazing streets, close to markets, pubs, tube stations, cafe etc. I love to stay at Lords again. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Breakfast options very traditional and limited. However , when you compare experience / price performance we got high advantage from our accommodation.
