Really nice place to stay. Very friendly staff and the hotel will hold luggage for you if you check in early (and they take them to the room). Clean room and just overall really great place to stay and 2 mins walk to Earl's Court so is perfect if flying out of Heathrow in the morning. Easy walk with luggage on pavement.

Super convenient location to catch the underground. I wasn't in the room except to sleep and refresh, so didn't spend much time at the property. The staff was suoer friendly and helpful when I showed up early. Able to drop bags and go do tourist things, bags were in the room when I returned later that evening. Perfect for the price and location, for someone who isn't planning on spending time in a hotel room.

Hotel has a good location, around the corner from metro station. Few restaurants and shops around. Price to standard ratio was fine. We had a toilet that was making noises every night, and would not properly flush. I brought this up to the staff, and despite them telling me it was fixed, nothing happened. Rooms are small ,but for 2 of us it was Ok. Its a Ok place to stay few nights and hang around London, without spending a lot.

Our room was 20m from the railway line and London had +30 Deg days so the only window was permanently open. We didn't feel that the noise from the station was a big deal. Still slept well. No air con. Just a small, non-oscillating desk fan and one window so air flow was impossible. Location is great. Mail Tube line from the airport to downtown. Soho is very easy to get to.

The lift does not work. First room they provided was on the top floor and was really too hot to sleep in. Even with window open it was stifling. Tried to have a cool shower and the tap was broken and couldn't give anything other than baking hot water which burned me. Staff were nice and gave me another tiny room on the floor below which did not have an ensuite toilet but at least it had a cooler shower. Really disappointed as it was noisy too

Clean room. Warm welcome. Helpful staff. Even let us leave our luggage to come back and collect after the football tournament our son was in. Comfortable and fresh beds. Plenty of tea/coffee/sugar/toilet roll etc. more than you’d usually find which was ideal. Could do with maybe investing in fans for the room, as the only negative thing about our stay, was no air con or fan available in its place. Extremely hot room on a warmer day so a fan would be an extremely good investment. We could not stay there again on a hotter day, but we would on a cooler day/time of year. Other than that- happy with the stay. Thank you staff for being so helpful.
