Good for family

Fast contact! I worried about apt check in but the lady was so fast to contact and she generously checked in early. Room was not like hotel but it was fine for family travel. There were a couple of convenient stores and very nice restaurants near apt. We could enjoy tower bridge pictures everydays. It was really a comfortable for family travel. If you want to get hotel-like experience it will be contraindicated.

Great Value

These apartments are in a great location. They were quiet, clean and the two bedroom was large and had plenty of room for our family of 5. Prices below what we expected to pay for London. Check in, check out was easy and quick.

Comfortable but tatty apartment

The self catering apartment was a full one bedroom flat. Size and location good. But the apartment was a bit tired and tatty.

Clean and comfortable place

The Circle apartment is located just near Tower bridge and it has easy access to the central London. There are two public station, one is London Brige station and the other is Tower Hill underground station. This place is also regarded as one of the groovy area in London where you can enjoy the number of good restaurants and the sights of the river Thames. The apartment itself is spacious that normal hotel room. It has one bedroom that has own dressing space, one living room, a clean shower/bathroom and modern kitchen which is convenient. Free wifi is good. The kitchen is well equipped with amenities like dish washer, washing machine, electrical induction burner and regular size of refrigerator. So, it has got everything you need to stay for few days. The manager, Fernanda is very kind and helpful. If I were to go to London then I will use this apartment again. Thanks Fernanda.

Not a very enjoyable stay

Disappointed. Light bulbs not working. Window in bedroom not closing properly with handle broken. No shower gel or shampoo provided. Furniture was old and cheap.

nice Apartment but need kinda better maintenance

So we arrived at the given address and first we had to wait for the lady with the key for approx. 15 minutes. After that, she walked us to the location another 5 min. around the block to get to the right address - as apparently they have different apartments in various locations around "The circle" (ours was at the "Three Oak Ln"). The lady was really nice & explained everything all the "goes" and "NON-goes". There's a nice little balcony, but which is useless, as you're not really allowed to use in the evening with a glass of wine or so (or a smoke), as the noise/echoing in the back is way too loud for the neighbourhood, and there would be complaints. After showing us the rooms/etc. she left. We freshed up & before we left to explore the city, we wanted to close the windows as it was kinda chilly. But that was impossible as the handle wasn't screwed properly and everything felt apart, this happened in two rooms. So we had to call the lady again for coming back and fixing the windows. Apart of that, the apartment was really nice with a fully equipped kitchen. The price is okay if you're more than 2 persons. We were 4 so it was ok, for 2 it would be kinda expensive.

1. kuva ei liity kyseiseen majoitukseen mitenkään, majoitus on ihan eri osoitteessa. Huoneisto hyvin kulunut, ei naulakko ja muita ripustustiloja. Parveke on jossa ei saa tupakoida. Matot, sohvat ja kalusteet vanhoja. 1. Picture is not this hotel, it is different adress. Loft is quite wear. Carpets and furniture wear also. Balcony but no Smoking, no place for towels, jackets.

Awesome staff and a great location

Nice apartment with a well equipped kitchen.Location is spot on, just a few metres from the Thames and Tower Bridge. The service from the lady at the booking agency was totally awesome, couldn't do enough for me. Big thank you!

Lots of space, good location.

The two bedroom apartment was well equipped and quite spacious compared to other apartments we booked in Europe. To our delight it had two bathrooms too, which is helpful when you are travelling with older teenagers. We knew there was no air-conditioning, which we accepted at time of booking because we couldn't find another reasonably priced two bedroom apartment. Besides, we had been to London before and decided weather wise it would be fine compared to summers in Australia. Despite that the week we were there was the hottest for many years in London, we managed OK with the fans the Manager provided us. The evenings were cool so this helped too. We would have preferred ceilings fans, as the fans provided were quite small. Two other complaints include: the toilet pressure was at times a bit sensitive but this was an issue we encountered in other parts of Europe too; and arrival confusion. When we arrived, we knew to go to the Circle at Queen Street. What we were not told, despite several emails between the hotel organisers and myself prior to arrival, was that we needed to call a number upon arrival. The gentleman at the desk at the Circle was very helpful even though he wasn't associated with the hotel group. I think that the organisers need to be more proactive in advising people about arrival procedures. In terms of location, it was fabulous. We were near the Tower Bridge, with nearby transport. Good transport is typical of London generally. We were also close to supermarkets and a delightful pub right across the road from our apartment.
