Appartamento situato in una zona centrale, nella city, con molte comodità a breve distanza ma in una strada molto transitata, perciò sarebbe utile installare un sistema insonorizzante. Nel complesso da ristrutturare, solo l'angolo cottura è funzionale. Il divano letto molto scomodo.

Disgusting

Started off promising as the owner was nice and polite over the phone and it was a self check in system. Then i saw the apartment...at first glance it looked great...Not so much when you sober up. The sheets were filthy.literally a coffee stain (i hope it was coffee) on the sheets and the bed had stains all over it. The lights do not work in the bathroom and i avoided the shower as it is covered in mould/limescale. Nasty place. Its a shame because the apartment has so much potential.

Good location, acceptable appartment,

Arrived but no keys in key box. Contacted owner and waited 30 min before keys arrived. Extra bed is crooked/not level, and double-bed was brooke but "fixed" with a wooden board underneath. Wifi is really slow. Owner replied on mobile fast enough to answer questions we had. Good location, close to Liverpool Street Station.

Good location in London but very noisy lots of traffic in the street in front of the flat and thins windows Broken blinds on the windows. we never received the code to cover the keys of the appartement and we had a wrong phone number. we spent an hour outside in front of the flat and fortunately the customer service of hotels.com was able to manage us a solution a join the owner of the flat. Was not the hell of an experience in this flat.

:The room is not as i expected for a 4 star establishment.  There is no clean blanket (current one smells).  The pillows are old and thin and is of a plastic filter type media instead of a soft cushion. The rusty kettle has a bad rust inside and gives a terrible foul taste in the water that we cannot drink.  There is no toilet paper.  The response for the owner to remedy the faults are disappointing and non existance when we demanded reply and action. The toilet is in disrepair and shower head selector does not work properly.  The security lock does not work.

Rent men slitet

Bra läge nära Liverpool Street Station och Aldgate East. Bra kommunikation med värden som lät oss dumpa bagaget i lägenheten flera timmar innan incheckning. Bra städat när vi kom. MEN fruktansvärt sliten lägenhet där såväl säng som bäddsoffa var trasiga och gjorde det svårt att få till bekväma sovplatser för fem personer. Övriga möbler, som stolar och bord väldigt rangliga. Dåligt isolerade fönster mot gatan. Smuts och fläckar på sofforna. Ont om sittplatser och porslin för fem personer. Synd att värden inte satsat mer på att underhålla lägenheten och inredningen. Med enkla medel, exempelvis möbler med två uppsättningar tvättbara överdrag, skulle detta kunna bli ett toppenboende.
