Overall, I loved this property and the staff, who were so helpful! Although it was further away from the center of London than I thought it would be, I really enjoyed my stay. I also took advantage of their spa services, which were excellent!

Great hotel and location.

Hotel is in a great location. Staff were friendly and hotel was clean. Was upgraded which was a bonus. The spa was good and again the staff were friendly. Only down side was that at the bar, we had to pay almost £20 for two pints of beer.

Great Hotel and Location

Great location, a few minutes walk to train and tube station. Lots of Coffe Shops, Bars and Restaurants close by. Very easy to get into Central London Theatre District. Staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Bar in Hotel had a really nice vibe in the evening. Rooms spacious and well equipped. We had a GREAT stay, will definately return.

Worth the money!

Amazing experience!! Stayed one night as a birthday treat for my best friend’s birthday, I booked the birthday package which did not disappoint! Room was a great size for 2 people, really clean. Spa was amazing, staff were so friendly and helpful I would definitely stay here again in the near future.

Great stay, staff are friendly, efficient and super helpful. Room ok little bit tired looking, but I believe the hotel is closing soon for a refurb. Bed comfortable. Room air conditioning did not work properly, but I opened the window vents and it kept the room cool. Room service food all fine. Spa staff are fab and very welcoming, had an excellent deep tissue massage.

Check in and check out was great! The room was a good size and catered to basic needs. However bed was uncomfortable as body kept bashing the middle partition and we couldn’t figure out how to turn up the heating - it was short of freezing unfortunately. The best part was the Spa. Samuel was extremely gracious and pays attention to detail. Absolute VIP service from start to finish. The facilities could do with an upgrade, but the service made up for the building aesthetics! Will be back!

Exceeded expectations

What a find, everything was faultless. Now this isnt the ritz, however, it is clean kept in great condition, EVERY member or staff was incredibly helpful, the location is fantastic and great facilities. We didnnt use the spa, but did use the bar and parking. This is very easy to use and you can pay on arrival. The rooms are excellent in size with a very comfy bed and pillows. Bottled Water and shower gels, shampoo etc provided. Iron and safe in the room. The only thing they didnt have in the room was a hairdryer however, im sure if i had asked they would have given this to me.

Comfortable but in need of TLC

I have stayed here many times over the years, I am usually comfortable and I do love the fact that most rooms have baths. However the room furniture is starting to look pretty tired and the weekend breakfast is now a blanket £20 continental/£25 cooked (no a la carte choice) which means if you just want a bowl of granola & a coffee that’s £20.00. And you can’t order a fried egg on toast at the weekend (whereas you can during the week). Paid £25 for the spa but hakf is it wasn’t working (ice room out of action, sauna smells bad, like stale oil, steam room not very effective).. needs some TLC!
