The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was beautiful and emmaculate. There was a hot water maker for tea and an espresso machine in the room that were restocked daily. The breakfast was extensive and delicious. And the pool, steam room and sauna were wonderfully kept. I highly recommend this hotel and will return next year!!

We had an amazing stay at the NYX Hotel! Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a glass of Prosecco, and when we entered our room, we were delighted to find balloons, lovely notes, and delicious cupcakes. What a wonderful surprise! A big thank you to the NYX Hotel team for making our stay so special and memorable! ❤️🥂 The hotel is conveniently located close to restaurants and all the places we wanted to visit. We also really enjoyed the swimming pool and fitness room. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’ll definitely be back again! Highly recommended!

Have stayed here twice now, once with family and once solo. Great hotel with a boutique vibe and great amenities. The spa with sauna, steam, pool, and gym might be my favorite thing about it. Staff friendly and helpful (one front desk staffer recognized me from stay 18 months earlier). Location is hard to beat, close to Holborn tube station, and easy walk to Covent Garden, Soho, British Museum, supermarkets, restaurants and more. If this was part of a loyalty program I care about, I'd stay here every visit (and might still anyway).

I tend to lean towards the NYX brand and SLH hotels. This hotel is very quiet, comfortable and in a great location. Second stay at this hotel and will not be my last. Slept very well in a great bed.

A very well designed funky hotel with outstanding amenities for a central London hotel. Swimming pool and a new roof top bar were excellent. Rooms were also extremely impressive in terms of design, space and amenities. And unusually for London, attentive and proactive staff. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel in a great location for central London. Holborn tube station is a few minutes walk away. Covent Garden is about a 10 minute walk. The hotel is decorated with a few more arty kind of aspects which is a nice change from the usual type of standard hotel. Our room was well cleaned and the inclusion of a little Smeg fridge was good for us to keep things cool in the warm weather. The pool is lovely and we really enjoyed our stay. We had the buffet breakfast each morning which was a good selection. The staff were really friendly and helpful and we would definitely stay again.
