Really helpful and friendly front desk staff. Great location and room suited us, albeit warm on a hot day (top floor) but a fan was provided in the room which did the trick.
This property was perfect for my needs. Small, but clean rooms; quiet area; easily accessible to underground and area eating
I would definitely book again!
Hotel was clean and tidy and a great location for access to Victoria Coach, train and underground services. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good accommodation for the price paid.
The property is clean and accessible to different attractions. Staff are nice and friendly. I travel with my son that is 10 years old and I always look for places that make me feel safe.

Great location
Stay 1 night is ok because I need to catch up early coach from Victoria coach station.
Great location.
No lift, if you have luggage and the room on 4th floor, haha.
This was a nice quiet location in central London. Great location near the train station and plenty of places to eat. Luggage racks would have come in handy since there were 4 of us and had to stow our luggage on the floor.
Lovely little hotel, in a quiet area just by Victoria station. Friendly staff and a comfy bed made it a superb place for a couple of days sightseeing. Rooms are a bit small but it's a Victorian house so that must be expected. The exterior decorations for Christmas were a lovely touch.
I was here as a party of 4 on the last leg of a 2- week Europe trip for 2 nights. After roughing it in a hostel in Paris and a Botel in Amsterdam, the Jubilee was a very nice place in London to cap off the trip. Conveniently located near the Victoria Center transit center with easy access to public transport. Lovely room with private bathroom and plenty of public ones nearby. Only ding would be the lack of an elevator but would definitely stay again.
It was a place to sleep. A bit expensive as there wasn’t anything included really but I think it’s in line with prices in the area. It was clean and pleasant smelling and staff was helpful to watch out bags prior to check in time. Walkable to bus and train and Buckingham palace.
We loved our stay at Jubilee. The chatted often with the wonderful men at reception. Our family room for the 4 of us was huge, although in typical European fashion, the bathroom was not. We are petite people, so that wasn’t an issue at all. We enjoyed opening the window and hearing the night sounds by the park. The breeze was lovely. We were prepared for the stairs and got lots of steps and flights in to meet our daily move goals. Location, price, and customer service makes Jubilee a clear winner in London.

Super helpful staff. Mind there is no elevator at this hotel. None of my bathroom trains worked. So my sink stayed full of water and my shower almost over flowed and flooded the bathroom as I waited for the water to warm. Glad I was only there for one night.
Okay so the building is on the older side and there is no elevator, but that is what happens when you stay in an older building. I loved this place. The staff right off the back told me if I needed anything from a hair dryer to a power adapter to not hesitate. I accidentally placed my card next to my phone one night and before I could even make it back downstairs staff was there to help me get into my room. Every person working there was warm and welcoming and I loved the view from my quaint room. It was just what I needed. They had toiletries and tea/ coffee with the cutest mug. I would gladly stay there again.
Is a great spot for a solo traveler. Easily accessible with the Victoria station less than a 10 minute walk away. Also close to popular West End shows like Wicked and Hamilton. I felt very safe in the area walking alone, even at night. The residential areas surrounding the hotel are quiet. The room was small, but provided everything one might need. Be sure to book a room with an en-suite if you want a bathroom. The only downside was no elevator, but staff was more than happy to offer assistance carrying luggage. I found my stay to be a great experience. Staff was friendly and accommodating. If your room is ready you can check in early, and if not you can leave your luggage until you check in. You can also leave your luggage after check out at a very reasonable price compared to the luggage locker around the block or in Victoria station. Very happy with my stay and would book again in the future.
Shared bathroom wasnt mentioned when I booked but the biggest issue was they left the lights on outside in the internal courtyard ALL NIGHT which lit up my room like there was a car parked outside with full beams on.
It was like the middle of the day even with the curtains closed.
Room was fine, clean and basic but the shared bathroom and the exterior lighting was horrific. Will not be back unless they give me a free stay and its not in the Blackpool Illuminations room...

The bed was comfy and accommodations were fine. The bathroom was smaller than I expected, even though I’m used to small European bathrooms. The main thing that brought my rating down is that the website said it had laundry facilities and when I sent a message to the hotel prior to my stay to ask about the laundry, I got no reply. They should have responded to let me know that the website was inaccurate. When I asked about it, the guy at the front desk was very short with me in telling me they didn’t have laundry facilities. I also asked about getting a taxi and he said they don’t call for taxis and that I would need to go stand outside and wave one down. I was surprised because I’ve never stayed at a hotel anywhere in the world where they wouldn’t call for a taxi. I thought that was a little bizarre. Overall, it was a decent stay, just not thrilled with certain parts of the customer service.
Absolutely nothing to dislike ideal location room was comfortable and clean the staff were friendly, approachable and helpful would highly recommend thank you for a pleasant 3 day stay
Pleased overall with our stay. Great location close to Victoria Station and within walking distance of lots of London attractions. Friendly, helpful staff. Across the street from a nice little park.
