Gesloten hotel

Hotel was gesloten... na een slopende reis vanaf schiphol stonden voor een gesloten deur. Gelukkig was er wel een receptioniste die ons in een ander hotel kon plaatsen . Maar wel weer terug met de metro naar kings cross en met de bus verder

London trip

I was moved to the Crown Plaza re maintenance work being carried out at Holiday in Express Old Street. Lovely hotel however this added 1hr each day for travelling over to Shoreditch on the tube which I was trying to avoid using. The hotel was clean however I was quite amazed that they only clean, replenish tea/coffee/water if you ask! this is not done on a daily basis.

Judt about ok

This was ok, quite standard. The beds were not too great and the pillows uncomfortable, so I was unable to get the best of sleeps. Cleanliness was good in the communal areas and the rooms were ok. I assume due to lockdown the rooms don't get cleaned between stays. It's not a big deal, but it means things like cups aren't cleaned, there's not enough tea/coffee for the stay. I've stayed twice since the relaxation of lockdown, I'll probably try a different hotel when I'm back in a couple of weeks.

Le personnel est particulièrement agréable et bienveillant. A disposition pour toute demande. A cause du covid, il est impossible de profiter de toutes les fonctionnalités de l’hôtel donc difficile d’émettre un avis. La chambre pour 4 est trop petite pour un long séjour (10 jours) mais doit être idéale pour un court séjour de 3-4 jours. Les aménagements de la chambre sont agréables et en excellent état. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour un séjour en famille.

God oplevelse, familievenligt, tæt på metro.

Rigtig god oplevelse. Værelset var småt men fint. Sengetøjet rent. Dog var nogle hylder støvet, men det gik. Super service fra de ansatte. Da vi skulle tjekke ud kl. 11. Spurgte vi om vi kunne betale os fra en sen udtjekning kl. 15:00. Men vi fik det kvit og frit med et smil.

La struttura ci ha accolto alluna di notte con il divano ancira da preparare.il tutto ci è poi stato fatto dal receptionist xhe poverino si è comunque prodigato nel farlo.il bagno aveva la ventola rotta,segnalata 2volte ma alla fine non è ataro risolto o il.problema nemmeno provando a canbiare sranza anch'essa con la ventola rotta dopo cio la reception non ha fatto piu nulla.la colazione abbastanza continentale

Family stay

Hotel was in a great location beside underground. Hotel itself was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very good. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The sofa bed is only suitable for kids as it was spring and not comfortable. The bathroom was clean and modern and the shower excellent with brilliant pressure. Staff were very kind and the kids were treated to a small packet of sweets after breakfast each morning. Would recommended for great value and location.

Esperienza negativa al massimo,sia con la struttura che con Expedia,in poche parole ho pagato senza usufruirne causa emergenza mondiale Coronavirus, in tutto questo Expedia se ne è lavata le mani e l'Hotel ha rifiutato il rimborso, a dir poco mi sento amareggiato,vista la gravità della situazione globale mi aspettavo un rimborso totale ma così non è stato.

Moorfields Eye Hospital Stopover

Covenient for the Moorfields Eye Hospital and within 5 minutes walk of Old Street Underground Station. Clean hotel. No food served in the evening but convenient for outside facilities. Delivery options available

Die Betten waren grauenhaft, sehr unbequem. Die zusätzliche Schlafcouch war absolut nichts für zwei Teenager, viel zu schmal. Beide Betten haben bei jeder Bewegung furchtbar gequietscht. An wirkliche Nachtruhe war nicht zu denken. Ein Hinweis darauf, dass es zu zweit immer nur eine Bettdecke gibt, wäre auch vorteilhaft gewesen. Bevor wir ins Zimmer kamen, war wohl noch ein Handwerker in unserem Zimmer und hat das Badezimmer wohl dreckig hinterlassen. Aber sonst gut erreichbare Lage, kein Lärm. Frühstück war einfach, aber ok.
