Heath and safety hazard- do not book here
One of these rooms has an aircon unit that was leaking all over the carpet. This stank awful and Smelt of damp. When asked to to change room we were told no availability. This is simply not acceptable and the room Should not have been used . It’s a disgrace ! You should have ensured this room was not allocated to anyone and I am sure this was not fit for to be used and could breach heath and safety regulations. Not impressed.

OK but have stayed in better holiday inns,
Housekeeping was not great, had to speak to reception about cups not being washed or glasses. Heating didn't work and although maintenance came it didn't help. we had a ground floor room as the lift was out of action, but it faced the car park and the front of the hotel so we were disturbed by people smoking outside the lobby and cars coming and going. We have stayed in much better holiday inns so were disappointed by this one, breakfast choices were poor, very basic.

Very disappointed
Room needed to be cleaned, toilet seat loose chairs dirty. We could not stay, we head to find another hotel very quickly. We went on to Premier Inn Enfield, which was the better option.
