We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Located in the vibrant neighbourhood of Brixton, enjoy a rich blend of culture and cuisine. Nearby, you'll find the famous Brixton Market and the lively music scene. The area is known for its eclectic mix of shops and eateries, offering a taste of London's diverse culture.

Just a short walk to Brixton Station, guests have easy access to the Victoria Line for quick trips into central London. Numerous bus routes are also available, making it convenient to explore the city's attractions.

This property is a self-check-in property. You can check in at any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
