Step into a welcoming living room, where plush sofas are arranged around a charming fireplace, perfect for cosying up with a good book or streaming your favourite shows on the TV. The bay window floods the room with natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. Adjacent to the dining area is a large table that invites communal meals and lively conversations.
The kitchen is a tastefully furnished galley-style haven, equipped with all the necessary appliances for culinary adventures. With a utility area comprising a washer and dryer, laundry day becomes a breeze. A king-sized bed in the primary bedroom, a double bed in the second bedroom on the same floor, a single bed that converts to a double, and two single beds perfect for children on the top floor. The bathrooms are tastefully designed, providing a soothing space to refresh and unwind after a day of exploring.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.
Nestled in Walthamstow, this home is surrounded by a vibrant community renowned for its artistic atmosphere and local markets. Explore the nearby Walthamstow Village with its charming shops and eateries. Enjoy a cultural experience at the William Morris Gallery or relax in Lloyd Park.
Conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the Victoria Line, offering a quick 15-minute ride into Central London. Only 3 minutes from St James Street and 15–20 minutes from Liverpool Street. Ideal for travellers, with easy access from Stansted Airport via Tottenham Hale, just one stop from Blackhorse Road.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
