Excellent newer walkable location

The location was great about a 12 minute walk from Paddington station which we took the Elizabeth line (15minutes) from Heathrow. Upon arriving early they took our bags while our room was getting cleaned so we could grab some lunch. Everything in the room had recently been updated from carpets to crown mouldings. It had a dishwasher and washer/dryer as well as 2 washrooms and 2 bedrooms. It was very spacious for two parents and two teenagers. It was also very walkable to the hop on hop off bus tour restaurants, pubs and shopping. My son and I walked most of Hyde park then to Harrods back via Kensington palace back to Fountain House. Would definitely stay again.

Great place! Spacious, great location, friendly attentive staff. Only suggestions - amenities were sparse. Had to ask for soap and tissue. Also 2 days in 1 of the rooms was getting a horrible smoke smell like someone was smoking in a nearby unit and it was coming through the vents. Told staff they didnt help wit the issue. Once they left the window wide open letting in bugs and we told them again as we left, the new owner rep brushed it off.
