    Flat Rules:

    Late Check-Out Without Notice Policy:

    If guests check out late without prior notification, a fee of £50 per hour will apply.

    Lost Key Policy:

    In the unfortunate event of lost keys, a penalty of £500 will be charged for replacement and re-keying costs.

    Serenity and Quietness:

    To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, please maintain quietness during your stay. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. No parties or disruptive activities are allowed, and disturbances will be reported to the authorities.

    Excessive Garbage and Messiness Penalty:

    A penalty of £90 will be charged for excessive garbage or messiness in the flat.

Two days in london

To be honest, very disappointed with this stay. The positives The location is within 1-2 miles of all the major structures in the city however it’s about a 45 minute walk with the lights and city which if you have a short time, still means a 10-15 lbs uber The manager is extremely responsive. Several issues with the place were fixed same day. Communications through what’s app are spot onThe negatives The place is old. There are 4 bedrooms, one in the basement with a bathroom, a bed in the living room, and three bedroom upstairs. Space is pretty cramped, especially trying to take a suitcase up the stairs. Hopefully they change the cleaning service. There were used qtips on the night stand upstairs, the upstairs smelled of smoke. Honestly, that was probably our biggest issue with this place. Once we saw the qtips, I honestly couldn’t trust anything else The shower upstairs leaked (although I’m sure that will be fixed by the time someone else rents it as the manager was all over it) The plumbing is bad. Two people cannot take a shower at the same time because the upstairs bathroom will not have ANY water We were here for a short two days which made a lot of these things tolerable for the short term. If we had a longer stay however, it would definitely have been issue.

Do not rent this condo. The entire home is filthy. Stains on the carpet throughout the home, smears on the walls. The 1/2 bath was beyond gross! The entire house is very narrow with steep stairs…it’s 4 leaves and very spread out. The water on the top floor COMPLETELY stops working if any other water is turned on. This is in the shower, toilet or sink. Floor boards aren’t nailed down and you can open to the dirt below. We had dirty sheets and a bug in the bed. There is NO dryer and washer is in a room you crawl into and is dungeon like. It’s also NOT 4 bedrooms and only 3 full size beds. The 4th bed is a pull out sofa in a room off the kitchen. Please spend your money on something else. We stayed 1 night here because it was too late to leave when we checked in, but left in the morning and found a new place. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Unless you're on a really tight budget or just coming here to party, do not stay here if you care about cleanliness.The moment we walked in it smelled like a combination of chain-smoking and weird paint fumes. There were stains everywhere on the carpet, stairs, the couch, and even some sheets. The plumbing was also TERRIBLE and flushing often required 2-8 attempts until strong enough water came through in the master bedroom.We were excited about the rooftop as well but the furniture up there was damaged and there were soft spots in the roof so we didn't feel safe being up there. Mind you, we were also RIGHT next to the neighbor's window on the roof so it was just overall strange and uneasy vibes up there. The front of the place was also covered in garbage. SUPER NASTY was the middle half bathroom that has STAINED CARPETING around the toilet. I opened that door and immediately kept it closed the rest of our stay because it was that disgusting. The hosts were very responsive though. I guess for the cheap price point the state of the home makes sense but the pictures were very deceiving in our opinion.
