Late Check-Out Without Notice Policy:
If guests check out late without prior notification, a fee of £50 per hour will apply.
Lost Key Policy:
In the unfortunate event of lost keys, a penalty of £500 will be charged for replacement and re-keying costs.
Serenity and Quietness:
To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, please maintain quietness during your stay. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. No parties or disruptive activities are allowed, and disturbances will be reported to the authorities.
Excessive Garbage and Messiness Penalty:
A penalty of £90 will be charged for excessive garbage or messiness in the flat.
