ロンドンシティ空港から近く、便利のいい立地にありました。食事をするレストランもあったのでウロウロする必要がなく助かりました。

バスタブがあると思っていたが、無かった。窓ガラスが汚く、部屋から外の風景が残念。音楽が選択できるチャンネルがあり良かった。朝食も良かった。アイロンセットもあり役立った。

空港には近いが...
廊下や隣の部屋の音が聞こえて気になります。 ヒルトンの名前を掲げているのに、ミニバーも冷蔵庫も無いのは寂しい。 レストランはオシャレで綺麗でしたが。

It was right by the station and had a nice view of the river. There are definitely great spots around Canary Wharf and Common House. The bathroom layout is weird and the room was a little small.

Great location to access the Excel Convention Centre. The hotel offered great service, with friendly staff and Fitness and restaurant amenities. However, the bed we gad was not comfortable, bumpy and squeaky. Thanks

The hotel is in the far east and it takes time to get to central London. My own fault to book a hotel that far outside of central London.

Lovely stay for my daughter's birthday. Everything was perfect. Staff went above and beyond to make it a special stay. Would definitely stay again. The cookies were lovely and a nice touch! Thank you.

Great location and super clean.
Our room was exceptionally clean. The air con wouldn’t turn off which was a nuisance and we did report it. They tried to fix it but couldn’t. The coffee machine didn’t work properly either as the pods wouldn’t pierce so it kept giving me cups of water. Fortunately there was a kettle too so I used that instead. The bathroom was spotless!

We have stayed at this hotel before and agin today, but this time the the room had dirt in and carpet was ripped, bed was very uncomfortable it was not the normal double bed it was with wheels, squeaked alot. I feel i would need a refund or part of it.

Good hotel for Excel
I chose this hotel for the location as I was going to an event at the O2 Arena. Unfortunately the surrounding area is a bit of a building site at the moment but the public transport links are great and there is very good signage around directing people to the hotel. The hotel itself was really good, lovely bathroom and all very clean. The bar was also very nice.
