Room, hotel and property were very clean, staff helpful and friendly. definately would reccomend this hotel .If you are looking for great amenities go somewhere else, if you are looking for a clean room and nice bathroom, this place is great.

Hotel rooms are clean with an excellent shower. The TV's are 55 inch and gets a reasonable amount of channels. Staff is friendly and are happy to assist. Recommended

Everything was new and clean except it seemed like housekeeping forgot the bathroom. Only 2 towels, no hand towels, no bath mat, no face clothes and no extra toilet paper and very little left on the roll. Also therw was dried soap scum on the counter. Overall a very lovely new hotel with a comfortable bed...we all can have a bad day. Will stay again

Stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott and had a great experience. Check-in was quick and easy, and there was plenty of parking. We stayed in a king suite and it was a really spacious, clean room with a pull-out sofa bed, microwave, and mini fridge. Everything we needed, especially traveling with kids. The pool was nice but pretty busy. Hotel is close to everything you need, restaurants, shopping, all nearby. Solid choice, especially for families. Would definitely stay again.

Great rooms, restaurant food was delicious (what we ordered), pool is clean and well maintained and most of all the staff were awesome! It’s a great area if you want close to the highway, but the grounds around it aren’t for walks or sitting outside for enjoyment I wouldn’t say. 👍

We had several flower arrangements for a wedding and asked the staff for a cart to take our luggage and all of our materials and flower arrangements out and we were told they were sorry…. No offer to try and locate one - no offer to bring one to the room, I asked if the same would apply for a senior trying to move their luggage and again Elaine replied with I’m so sorry. There was another gentleman waiting for a cart as well….. this was terrible, terrible service! No offers to help - no offer to help resolve the issue. Very disappointed - this hotel chain is typically very good for service and amenities. We were very disappointed with the lack of interest in helping us

When we arrived & requested an early check-in the front desk was attentive and offered an equivalent room that was available. Upon entering the room it was set to an extremely cold temperature making the carpeted flooring soaked within a foot or so radius of the unit. We had opened the blinds to find an unpleasant amount of both dead and alive flys which was also concerning. When we arrived back at the hotel around 11pm, we got back into our room and settled in. The peace was short lived as the hallway and stairwell was filled with pre-teen boys running around, yelling, screaming and sounding off an obnoxiously loud horn with zero regard for anyone else. We attempted multiple times to use the phone in the room to call the front desk however it had no dial tone nor could we hear anything on the other end. I used my personal phone to call the front desk to have it ring three times and eventually make it to voicemail. A member of the hotel staff knocked on our door shortly after to which I explained what had been happening. They did knock on the door of the room where these boys were (directly across the hall) and tell them to quiet down. Overall, terrible sleep due to the disturbances but the staff was willing to hear our concerns which was nice. This hotel seems to be chosen for sports (hockey) teams to stay during weekend tournaments where children are allowed to stay in a room without a parent or guardian by signing a waiver. This waiver should not be an option, do better.
