This cozy flat met all of my needs, location is excellent- very close to Victoria station and from there nice and reasonable walks to many parts of London. Most suitable for a single traveler or a couple. Communication regarding check in and check out very straightforward.

The flat was great; it was a little smaller than we expected but was very comfortable. The neighborhood was fantastic. Plenty of pubs and shopping nearby. Also, easy bus trips to the London sites.The owner (Rodney) and his assistant (Liz) were fantastic. Their response was spot on when we had a couple of small issues like hot water and light bulb. They responded right away and took care of it with no fuss or muss.I highly recommend this flat when you visit London. We will definitely stay here again.

We were very pleased with the flat. It was exactly as described, clean and modern. The bed was comfortable and the linens, too, were clean and comfortable. There’s a convenient washer/dryer combination (we did not use). The location was perfect, easily accessible and central to many attractions, some even within walking distance, or a short walk to Victoria Station. Communications with our hosts was easy, and they always responded quickly. The flat ticked all our boxes.

The check-in process was fast and smooth (with an option for early check-in), the host kind and helpful. This cute tiny flat is only few steps from Victoria station - and close to many cofees and restaurants. Our only problem was the squeaky parquet floor: both in our flat and in the apartment above us.

My experience with this property was quite different from most listed here. The communication was terrible. They refused to communicate with me via the app and only after we had communication did they update the app. Liz was standing outside when I got there and was very irritated because my Uber driver dropped me at the wrong address. She got very aggressive with me and was rude and insulting. I ended up not staying there. I felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe after the treatment I had received. I left there and went to a hotel. They accuse me of asking for a refund so I would be able to get a refund at a later time. Not true - I waited 17 hours for a response and was frustrated because I did not know what time I would arrive and they insisted on an appointment. I put the keys in the wrong place when I left so they were upset with me. I will use this as a learning experience going forward.

Lovely apartment in Victoria Area

This is a lovely apartment with everything you need. The area around Victoria station has lots of pubs, restaurants and beautiful neighbourhoods.The area around the apartment is quiet with little traffic for London. Easy to get to Heathrow and many parts of London with train and tube connections close by.Host is easy to communicate with and is helpful.

Cozy flat

Lovely little flat in London perfect for my visit. Walkable from Victoria, Station, and many sites you’ll want to visit. Plenty of places nearby to have breakfast or a drink. I would stay there again.

Perfect stay

Great location

Great location and proximity to Victoria station. We love how quiet and removed the neighbourhood was from the tourism. Room was warm so we slept with the windows open. Overall great stay and beautiful place.

Place was very small. Bathroom extremely small. No grips for me (slightly handicapped due to balance issues and gait) good location, lovely diner very close and highly recommend. Check in/check out person was terse and not very helpful. No shoes on while in the flat?? It was an old floor, no vintage quality. No room for suitcases. Double bed barely fit in room. Good thing was that the location and neighborhood was convenient and felt very safe. Overall. Recommend with reservations. Thank you . Two of us stayed, husband and wife. Pimlico area is a good address.

Nice location

everything as advertised. Only 'needs improvement' is the bed. Mattress was uncomfortable, could use an extra foam mattress pad. Hosts were very accommodating, helping us when we needed an extra night at the end.
