It's quite small, but it's enough for a short stay in London. We were able to walk most places, but it was a fairly long walk. No fault of the host, but the upstairs neighbors were incredibly noisy every morning. It's a ground level flat, with a window that opens to the street, but there is a security gate that you can close across the widow that makes it feel a bit safer.
The washing machine was convenient, but shook so loudly that it sounded and felt like a space ship was taking off.
The kitchen was fine, but small. There were pots and pans provided as well as plates and some cutlery. The bathroom was an incredibly tight space, with a sink so small we could barley brush our teeth in it (we used the kitchen sink)
Overall, it's a fine spot to stay, with simple fixtures
