- As you enter, a convenient laundry area has a washer and dryer.
OPEN PLAN LIVING and KITCHEN:
- A fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, microwave, induction cooker, two ovens, a kettle, and a toaster.
- An open living area with a comfy sofa-bed for the 5th guest, a Smart TV, a dining table with chairs and a floor lamp.
BALCONY 1:
- Accessible from the living room, this balcony has expansive windows featuring thick double-glazed glass, providing excellent insulation and soundproofing.
BEDROOM 1:
- Features a King-size bed (200cm x 150cm), a spacious wardrobe, a desk, a chair, and bedside lamps.
BALCONY 2:
- Accessible from the bedroom, this balcony also features thick double-glazed glass for superior insulation and soundproofing.
BATHROOM 1:
- Located off the corridor with a shower.
BEDROOM 2 / ENSUITE:
- Features a King-size bed (200cm x 150cm), a wardrobe, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and a window.
All windows are fitted with double-glazing, and the apartment boasts underfloor heating with individual temperature controls for each room. Additionally, the bedrooms are comfortably carpeted for added warmth and comfort.
