Although the staff was responsive and present, my room was on the first floor which REAKED of cigarette smell, the bathroom was horribly maintained and I felt disgusted using it. The cleaner would leave the outside door open while supposedly cleaning and made it inconvenient for me to use in the morning. The room itself felt like a jail cell, the lighting would stop working, and only positive was the bed was comfortable for what it was. Definitely should have been cheaper given the quality.

I am still waiting for my refund. The hotel does not have a front desk, the rooms are BLISTERING hot even on a cold day, there is construction on the top level which we had to walk up to with our luggage. They have no fans, and when we requested a different room suddenly they had a room available on the first floor. I asked to be refunded as i could not sleep, and the guy was useless at the front desk. He would not email me and copy me on the email(they dont even have a company email, he uses YAHOO), and when i demanded he email, he threatened to call the police. When i told him we were leaving, he said we were SCARED and were RUNNING away. This place should be closed down.

More like an hostel than hotel... Yes it could do with a lick of paint and the carpets cleaning. Laminate floor in room very worn and no shower only a bath. Good old fashioned aircon (open window lol). But all we wanted was a bed for the night after attending BST Hyde Park and I'm pleased to say the beds were comfy enough with nice clean bedding so all in all I was happy.

Very basic accommodation for price. Kettle but no cups. No toilet roll. No air conditioning so had to leave windows open on very noisy street (very little sleep). Couldn’t get in to check in (no one responding to doorbell but managed to get through on phone and we were allowed to check in early)

It was dirty and not enough towels and the staff wasn’t helpful and the shower water wasn’t able to turn the temperature down and it was too hot and the window couldn’t open properly and the pric was a rip off for 2 nights

No A/C nor fan during the heat wave. We had to buy a fan to try to sleep in 38 degree weather at 2 o'clock in the morning. Bathroom was super small, you only get 1 roll of toilet paper the entire stay, the shower was super tuny, and shower curtain are not even properly set up. This hotel was good enough for the location, but other than that, dont stay here unless you can't find a better spot. Or unless you have your own a/c or fan in the summer.

The bedsheets, pillows and blankets provided were stained. The bathroom surfaces were dirty. I felt very uncomfortable the entire time and was not happy with the stay. I will never book here again.

Clean and comfortable hotel near Marble Arch but was pretty quiet considering location. Good value and friendly staff.

Truly the worst London stay I’ve ever had. Works in a pinch but didn’t even have lighting or a bathroom that worked. Had to swap rooms as the initial one clearly had been smoked in. I am not choosy with my hotels and frequent hostels regularly and truly would recommend a nicer hostel over this poor hotel. Hope they improve in future.

Great price for location

Very basic but clean and quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. Fantastic central location and well priced. Staff were polite and friendly.

It was a bed for the night with a shower so did the job for our overnight stay but this place needs some serious work. The bedroom was tatty and tired with the bedside cabinet hanging off the wall. The bed was at least clean and made but it was so uncomfortable with terrible pillows that need throwing out. The bathroom was rather disgusting and hadn't had a proper clean in a very long time. The fittings were hanging off of the wall and the toilet hadn't seen a toilet brush in a very long time. There was at least plenty of hot water but the whole place needs a proper clean.

Friendly staff

Staff was very friendly and allowed late check out. My room was upgraded so I could get a shower upon arrival. Great price! And great location.
