The room was nice and clean and bathroom was clean - although the shower drain was blocked and water did not drain very well, it certainly needed a good clean out.

Rooms was very very small only just fit the bed in. Beds were so uncomfortable stayed for 2 nights and nearly gave up after night one. Still had hair in the shower from previous guests. Great location-(which I know that’s what you pay for) Staff very friendly was able to park my car outside which was ideal.

Room was small & mostly clean. Only one outlet. Shared bathroom with one shower/toilet. 4 story walk up. They held my luggage & the location was excellent-close to the gardens & public transit.

This worked for a one night stay with a family of three. Restaurants are a short walk away. Area felt safe. The room easily accommodates 4 persons. This is not the best location if you are travelling with a lot of luggage as there is no lift and the stairway And hallways are narrow. The rooms were clean.

The location is definitely great, central to a lot of places we planned to visit. The staircase is pretty small and hard to climb especially with kids, the rooms were HOT (there was only a small portable fan for a family room with 3 beds), the cleaning was below average - dirty mugs were not taken or replaced, sugar was not replaced. I think I wasn’t expecting so much based on previous reviews, so I wasn’t disappointed.

Good location, clean and beds were good size with a nice bathroom. The issue was no temp control. We had a basement room which somehow stayed warm and stuffy. We opened the windows which helped but we were then Inundated with smoke (to include weed smoke). With the kids this was a problem.

Hall bathroom. This is not made extremely clear in the description! Bathroom itself has barely a sink. Very basic room. Pretty hot. Bed was comfortable and check-in was easy and friendly. Excellent area. Wear earplugs and an eye mask and it’ll be OK. No frills and that’s OK.

Ideal for just a one night stopover to catch a flight. Real close to Paddington Station and plenty of food options. Rooms are small but comforable bed. The stairs are a bit of an exercise for older people as there is no lift. Not expensive so you get what you pay for.
