"Sehr schönes, neues und sauberes Haus mit viel Platz und toller Aussicht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter war freundlich und effizient. Die Umgebung bietet viele Wandermöglichkeiten, ist aber auch etwas isoliert was Einkaufsmöglichkeiten usw. anbelangt. Den CheckOut hĂ€tten wir uns etwas spĂ€ter gewĂŒnscht als 8.30. DafĂŒr kann man das Haus frĂŒh beziehen (14.00), was fĂŒr alle mit lĂ€ngerer Anfahrt aber kein wirklicher Vorteil ist.Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt und wir wĂŒrden auch...

"Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit! Wir fanden es super auf dem Berg zu wohnen. Das Haus war gut. Nur diese Punkte sind zum verbessern: - Wasser des Wirlpools war nicht sauber. Wir haben diesen ausgetauscht. - 2 WeinglĂ€ser sind ein bissen weinig fĂŒr die Menge an GĂ€ste. - Die Terrasse is renovierungsbedĂŒrftig. "The house is very complete and offers you all you might need. The pictures do not really show everything, it is much more. So absolutely a must-stay location! Some tips for the owner; better communication, sun shareds before the windows (especially the bed rooms on the front really get hot in the summer morning because of the sun), and many details need to be completed still (but we were not bothered at all). Over all we are very positive about the house and the location!"

"We had a great stay! It was a lovely house and the host mrs Ursprunger was very hospitable. Told us about the restaurants nearby, a place to swim and other activities to do. We brought our electric bycecles and did a part of the R1 near the Mur.It was a pity we had to leave! "

"We had a wonderful stay at Herbert's house in Haimburg. Communication (in English) was excellent and he provided some great recommendations and booked tennis in the village for us. The housekeepers Arnold and Gitte are on hand if anything is needed. The ground floor of the house and outdoor space are fantastic, particularly the pool area and the modern and well-equipped kitchen. The upstairs is less modern, particularly the bathrooms and we really only used the ground floor and top floor showers. There is just one air-conditioning unit in the living area of the top floor and a couple of tower fans. We were blessed with incredible August weather (over 30 every day) very lucky but this did mean that the bedrooms, particularly the top floor, were very hot. We did a day-trip to Lake Bled and had a fantastic lunch followed by lake swimming in Klagunfurt - but mainly we made full use of the house in the sunshine. Thanks Herbert!"
