"Wonderful Stay! The hosts were fantastic - they promptly answered our questions prior to our arrival and during our stay. Excellent communicators, friendly, but not intrusive.The location was very private with beautiful trees, garden, and Koi pond. Due to the weather, we did not get to enjoy all of the wonderful amenities. The property is very close to a small prop engine airport and while you could hear them periodically throughout the day the noise was not intrusive and it was not an issue in the evening. The living area was spacious and comfortable. The bedroom is not connected to the living space and you must go outdoors to access the bedroom. The only bathroom is in the bedroom area. All in all, and most enjoyable stay! Thank you to the hosts!"

"What a delightful little place! Worked out just perfectly for our stay in Grass Valley and we will definitely come again. Outfitted very nicely, loved the location in a quiet neighborhood, owner very responsive and friendly. Softer beds and one more closet and I'd have thought about moving in. "

Fun rooms, the most comfortable bed and quality linens, feather pillows etc. A few quirks that are very understandable in a historic building in the middle of town (sometimes loud at night) but they have thought about little things like ear plugs and noise machine. Great for a couple on a mid week getaway"
