On the first floor, you’ll find a bright living area with a wood-burning stove, a large sofa arrangement, and a smart TV. You can cook in the open kitchen, which features a cooking island, modern appliances, and an air fryer. From here, you have direct access to the patio and the garden. In the summer, you can sit outside with a view of the greenery and use the gas grill for barbecues with friends and family. On cooler days, the fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere.

**Sleeping**
Three bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds ensure restful nights. Two rooms are located on the upper floor, and another in the basement. All bedrooms are equipped with TVs. Blackout pleated blinds help ensure a good night’s sleep.
