The living area is cozy and modern, decorated in light colors and wood-look finishes. The modern built-in kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, glass-ceramic stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, coffee maker, fully automatic coffee machine, toaster, egg cooker, waffle iron, blender, and numerous kitchen utensils.
The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor. One bedroom has a comfortable double box-spring bed, and the other has two single box-spring beds. Both bedrooms also have TVs.
