"Absolutely perfect! We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Ubud, Bali. Everything was just perfect! The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help — available whenever we needed anything. The place was spotless, peaceful, and had a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere. "We had our 10th Anniversary Honeymoon there. We loved it, it was away from the city noise & a walk from the local Warong where we ate nearly every night. Staff was really friendly & you only had to ask & something would be done if you needed anything. They recommended Balon as a driver, he was reliable & very friendly. We were even able to hire a scooter from him. We will definitely be back to Ubud!"

"Absolutely gorgeous Villa overall and loved our stay. It does require a little bit of maintenance with the bedroom doors not shutting all the way. If you do not like bugs, this is not the place for you as it is mostly outdoors and there are spiders and millipedes. It is an a neighborhood with stray dogs that can be a little sketchy and an alley that is better suited for scooters than cars. I wish that it was a little more clear that laundry is charged for if you do use it. It was absolutely...

"Pool area with swim up bar is fabulous and the pool is huge which is a bonus. Rooms were very clean & hotel gardens were lovely and well maintained. All staff were very friendly and happy to help. "Wow—what an excellent stay. Check-in was smooth and effortless. Our room (3109) was outstanding: incredibly spacious, with a walk-in closet, a beautiful bathroom, a large balcony, and a very comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and we also attended the New Year’s Eve buffet, which was fantastic—plentiful, varied, and very well done. The property itself is beautiful. We spent time at the private pool, which was a highlight of our stay. The gym was well equipped, though it did get quite busy at times with all equipment in use. The café was also excellent, with a cool vibe and stylish design. While the main lobby is very well designed and has a boutique feel, it lacked air conditioning, making it quite hot with no real place to escape the heat while waiting. The hotel is well located in Seminyak and close to the beach, which was very convenient. One small suggestion would be the addition of an adults-only pool, as the private pool was accessible to everyone. A special mention to the team for the thoughtful touches: on our last night, they surprised us with a passport holder gift, which was a lovely gesture. I also celebrated my birthday during our stay, and they provided a delicious birthday cake that made it extra special. Overall, an amazing stay—we would absolutely return."
