University Plaza Waterfront Hotel

"Signage for parking was poor….. I had drove around the hotel twice…. The hotel let cars park in the area where you check in and was super congested and it caused me to double park at check in. Also, no place to hang towel in bathroom while showering…. No hook, no rack, no nothing Which I thought was odd. The beds were awesome as well as a/c in the room. Restaurant was very good."

"The hotel is clean and roomy with everything I needed. I had requested a cot in my room, but when I arrived I had been upgraded to a suite instead. It was a pleasant surprise and a comfortable, clean space."

"Loved our stay at The Grape Escape! Loved having a full kitchen to use for leftovers! Easy walk to downtown restaurants and shops. Quiet neighborhood, except for the occasional train. Didn’t love the one at 4:00 AM! Other than that, perfect!"

"The Grapevine Inn provides the basics: a comfortable bed, a good shower, refrigerator & microwave in the room, and very convenient parking. You get this at a very reasonable price for this area. I asked about ice and the desk clerk got me as much as I needed; apparently guests do not have access to the ice machine itself. There was not a breakfast of any kind in the morning, but a variety of food vendors & restaurants are a short distance away. I knew this ahead of time so I brought my own stuff and stashed it in the fridge upon arrival. Overall, a good experience and I will definitely stay there again should I need to go back to Lodi."
