"My stay didn't start out as well as I would have liked. The attendant wasn't at the front desk, so I spent my first 10 minutes of check-in just waiting on someone to show up. The room was mostly clean, but it had a VERY strong air freshener scent to the point that my smell sensitive husband had a horrific headache during the 2 day stay. We asked people we were there with if their rooms smelled and they all agreed the air freshener is way too strong. We didn't see the point in complaining or being moved because it sounded like all the rooms were that way. I would suggest turning down the smell a bit. Other than that, we didn't use any of the amenities, so I can't comment on those. Overall, I felt like the stay was just okay. I'll probably stay somewhere else if I find myself in Charlotte again."
