「I will never be staying here again. I paid for a upgraded room with a jacuzzi tub and couldnt even use it because it was dirty. Shower was too. I requested to have them cleaned. They had me leave to clean and I came back and nothing I requested had been done. Plus I had a non smoking room that smelled like cigarettes. The bed was like sleeping on the floor. I would give it zero stars if I could.」

「One of the staff members did not speak English, which made communication somewhat difficult. I had no particular complaints about the facilities themselves. However, apparently the smoke from cooking on the floor below triggered the fire alarm, and the alarm went off repeatedly. Each time, I had to go to the front desk to ask the staff to come and deal with it. This was extremely unpleasant and caused a great deal of inconvenience during my stay.」
