Hôtel et chambre minimaliste mais super propre. Accueil un peu rude à l’arrivée . Ils font dans l’efficace . La chambre est vraiment bien , assez grande et aussi une grande douche. Si vous arrivez tôt, vous pouvez laisser votre valise et sortir, la réception vous appellera pour vous informer que votre chambre est prête . J’ai eu la mienne plus tôt que prévu .La location est excellente et pour passer une nuit avant de partir en croisière , c’était l’idéal

I like the room, the balcony, and the overall appearance of the hotel.The property itself was beautiful. Unfortunately, my birthday experience was ruined by poor room service customer service. When I called to order food, I was repeatedly transferred back and forth between two employees. As someone who uses an accessibility device for Deaf and Hard of Hearing communication, this was especially frustrating. I eventually asked for a manager, who handled my order professionally and made sure my food was delivered. I appreciate the manager's help, but the experience left a negative impression. I was also disappointed by the nightclub experience. As a hotel guest celebrating my birthday, I asked if there was any special access or VIP accommodation and was told no. After seeing the long line, I ended up returning to my room and missing my dinner reservation. The day pool party was the highlight of my stay. The staff were friendly, the food was good, and I enjoyed the atmosphere. However, the seating rentals were extremely expensive. Another downside was the location. Transportation costs were very high, with Uber rides often costing $60-$80 each way. Because of this, I was unable to enjoy all the activities I had planned. While the room and pool area were excellent, the poor room service experience, expensive transportation, and disappointing birthday experience mean I would not stay here again.
