The room was cold around the window and there was no heat in the bathroom so the floor was freezing. It was -15 outside so at other times of the year it would matter less

The hotel is very nice and will return sometime. My only problem was the cleaning staff missed an area in the bathroom, and when the desk was notified it was immediately resolved. They also gave me a different room, because the mattress was too soft for me and I was grateful for that. No one is perfect, and for various reasons things can and do get overlooked sometimes. I have no problem with the Sandman,they were kind and made right all discrepancies

Great hotel for families, lots of activities onsite. Cozy reception area with log fire. Friendly and welcoming staff. Beautiful pod, stunning views. Lots to do, food at the restaurant was excellent. The only thing I wish there was for a 5 start was a clock radio in the pool and wifi would have been perfect
