Upon arrival nobody will help us they sending everybody home due to a typhoon no receptionist place was so dirty looks like a ghost town no security I feel so unsafe end up look for another place to stay it was terrible experience especially I’ve been trying to connect with customer support at Expedia no help me to I for uncontrollable situations they should give consideration to reimbursed the it was a terrible experience already on our end I think Expedia should check or update the resort they offer before posting so that no one will experience the way we experience it was terrible

We apologized for what has transpired. Upon checking with our resort personnel, most of our staff are cleaning the area due to the recent typhoon. One resort staff came to help you with your booking, while she managed to call our Manila office, and we did our best to help you with your queries. Our place is one of the cleanest and well- maintained resort in Lobo. We wished you could have stayed and have experienced our hospitality and service. We have looked into this matter and has written to Expedia.

We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of the beach resort. The place is so peaceful and quiet as well. It is indeed a perfect weekend getaway.

I recommend that since this place is exclusive and only the place you can eat in the area I would prefer there's more choices of food and the prices for activities like karaoke, billiards and kayak make it more a little cheaper. Overall stay there is really pleasing the resort is clean and fresh, the only problem is the food, amenities and hard to go if you don't have a private car.

Great place to vacation
Great place for a quiet vacation with the family. The resort and beach were very clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There are plenty of activities for the family such as snorkeling, kayaking, boat ride and more. Definitely try snorkeling to see the wonderful corals. Overall a great experience and will definitely come back.

It was a good stay relaxing, It's green natural.
Breakfast is good 150 per head. Lunch and dinner is expensive. I suggest 150 all the meal. And put into the menu short orders. In room it's better you put TV for Senior Citezen / PWD. The resort amenities good. They have kayak,snorkeling gear. They charge 300 per hour, you can talk to the management if you want half hour use only they charge you half. And they honor PWD/SENIOR CITEZEN for discount. The management is very considerate.

Overpriced hotel with very poor facilities
This is over priced. The room was dirty specially CR and not well maintaned. They didnt even provide basic toiletries that is a standard in a hotel more so for a “Suit” There isnt much privacy as there are workers hanging around/in front of our room Pool was dirty Beach area is dirty— they dont even clean up the garbage in the beach front The area is promising provided it is properly managed. This hotel doesn’t know how to run a hotel Food is not good and overpriced too.

Manglet mye praktiske ting som ekstra toalettpapir, ekstra håndklær, toalettartikler og strykejern. Dette fikk vi beskjed om å spørre etter når det var tomt. Etter litt prating frem og tilbake fikk vi dette på plass og vi fikk en riktig god service. Men wifi var det ikke og det var veldig dårlig dekning slik at det var nesten ikke mulig å bruke mobiltlf...... En fordel kan man kanskje si, meeen allikevel burde de installere wifi når det er så dårlig dekning på hotellet.
