「Horrible staff」

「Nice staffs, delicious food and nice room.」

「The motel was nice, the beds were not comfortable that is the only issue we had with the room, the pub was nice but had a load of fruit flies that was off putting especially when you see them over the pastries at breakfast, the staff are very friendly」

「Breakfast was good. Nothing else was. Not recommended. Our room was directly above the bar with a live band, which meant room shaked and vibrated. Continued until after 11pm to be replaced with loud music until midnight. When asking the staff what time it would finish, the manager intervened into an amicable conversation and proceeded to be aggressive, confrontational and abusive towards to me. This included calling me an offensive term multiple times. And suggesting to his staff that they...

「I had to call the hotel to arrange a very late/early check in, outside normal hours and the staff was very accommodating. We had to wake them in the middle of the night but the hotel was able to get us into our room and some much needed sleep.」

「Very clean comfy good location and lovely staff well worth a visit」

「Casa bellissima con tutto il necessario per cucinare. Molto pulita. Vicina ai punti di interesse. Proprietari deliziosi」

「We really enjoyed our brief stay. The room was very quaint and quiet.」

「No entry code given. Wanted passport or driving licence. Neither were carried with us as we toured Wales.」

「Cabin was awesome everything was spot on. Location was ideal for us for our weekend. Credit to the owners. My Girlfriend loved the horses. The views are amazing so peacefull. Couldnt belive how dark it was at night with no light polution. So much to see and do locally ran out of time. The Hot tub was great the hamper was thoughtfull. So peacefull. Best stay away we have had going to be hard to beat. Will be back again soon. 」

「Excellent facilities for our family base, couldn't have asked for more in terms of quality of location, equipment and entertainment for all including games, media etc. We wanted a location we could use to explore the whole island and we found it worked perfectly. Couldn't have been cleaner, great welcome pack to help you when you first get there, safe parking, great garden grounds to utilise, family friendly and ran by a great couple who are close by for any reassurances you may need.」

「Great size Good location Decent price 」

「The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. It made our trip even more enjoyable. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to other guests. Thank you! 😊」

「Excellent location, parking spot outside the property, brilliant views from the balcony, nice touches by owner, wine and milk in the fridge, Welsh cakes on the dining table, 2 bathrooms. Stairs a little steep, so be aware of that when booking」

「Booked Mon-Fri March 26. Good size property, in the middle of town although not much there for a town really. Was very underwhelming upon approach, right next to a public car park and what can only be described as a factory building site behind and an alley way up the other side of the house which made us feel a little anxious. The house itself was clearly modernised recently, is spacious with huge bedrooms and large T.V's in each. Kitchen is well equipped and the lounge area comfortable and...

「Communication in the build up and during check in was fantastic. The pictures represented the property, the bedrooms were spacious, the kitchen well equipped and the property was spotless. However, we had a problem 1 evening and needed to reach the host, the only way to try to contact was through various automated channels and we never heard back from anyone despite including a video of the problem.」

「great views and lovely location. The property is being sold and clearly needs a loving hug. It will make for a beautiful home with someone giving it some care and attention. Great place for a short stay - no tea towels or soaps sadly but generally clean and tidy.」
