The house has capacity for 6 people and features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a spacious living-dining area with a fully equipped open kitchen, creating a comfortable and welcoming space to share during your stay.

All reservations include free water consumption, €50 of electricity consumption per reservation and, during the winter season and if the property has it, €50 of non-electric consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). All properties have interior or exterior meters, accessible and verifiable by the customer. The price of additional consumption is €0.35/kWh.



The Sustainable Tourism Tax has a value of €2 per person and per night of stay. Children under 16 years of age do not pay this tax.



Bedding is provided, along with a set of shower towels and beach towels for each guest.
