Good pool but poor food

It’s a 3 star hotel so you know what you’re getting. The pool area is very good on an afternoon when the sun is on it. The rooms are ok but the hotel is let down by the poor food. Overall it’s worthy of its 3 stars

The staff at the hotel was excellent! Have to mention Ana and her team. Ana is such an asset to the hotel.. friendly, professional, supportive etc. She arranged a Seaview room for us and follow up if everything was ok. We saw her everyday, friendly and chatting to us. We will always remember her! We miss her already. Hope to return one day.

I went for a short 5 day break with my 4 year old. Staff were friendly and attentive. Room although dated in decor as others have previously mentioned it was spotless. Great view from balcony. Helped book very early morning taxi for return flight. Breakfast was ok. Beans on toast for my child and I had cereals with fruit and honey. Unlimited coffee and juices. I had paid for evening meals however being vegetarian we struggled a little so only ate there twice and ate at local restaurants the other evenings. My son had pasta one evening with salad and then pizza and chips another. I had a mix of salads and bean type salads but limited. Overall would definitely return as hotel was short walk to beach and though some mentioned a hill my 4 year old didn’t moan once! Beautiful beach, friendly locals, overall core memories made!

A more fair average score would be 3.5/5 star. The staff were superb and the dinner buffet (i had booked half-board) was fantastic (great choice of meats, fish, salads, vegetables and potatoes). The room was good size, the breakfast was decent (some items such as cakes not always fresh). But what let the stay down was the level of noise both from within and from the street.

Our couple stay

The room was clean and housekeeping came every day, which I appreciated. The location is great—walking distance to the beach, with stores and restaurants nearby. However, parking is very difficult to find. The internet in the room was very poor, which made it hard to stay connected. Also, the man responsible for the kitchen and meal service was quite rude. Breakfast and dinner were included, but dinner service was handled poorly. Although dinner hours were listed as 8–10 PM, at exactly 10 PM, he came over while we were still eating and asked us to leave, even if we hadn’t finished our food. He pointed to the elevator and made us leave the dining area, which felt disrespectful and unprofessional.

The property itself is great, but it's located at the NOISY END OF TOWN. The area is full of young revelers and don't count on getting any sleep from 4.00am as this is the time that the young return to their hotel and noise is their primary objective... I'm not a prude and I also enjoy a good drink but at least consider others when returning to your hotel and leave all the screaming back at your home.... The staff at the hotel were great in assisting to keep these young screamers under control by threatening them that they'll be thrown out....

Bon hôtel pour un couple ou entre amis

Hôtel propre et bien situé. Bon accueil. Malheureusement chambre mal insonorisée, on entend les voisins et les passages dans le couloir. Restauration assez variée mais pas de souplesse sur les horaires, à 10h30 pile et à 21h30 pile on éteint les lumières et on nous invite à prendre la direction de la sortie dommage !! Et attention l'eau est payante au dîner (3€ la bouteille) Un frigo dans la chambre serait souhaitable.

Hôtel très bien situé, à proximité de commerce et de la plage ! J'y ai séjourné en famille (avec enfants). Chambre très basique mais propre. Attention si vous optez pour le petit déjeuner et dîner, le buffet ferme à l'heure, pas une minute de plus et on vous met limite dehors. Hôtel pas familial j'ai eu l'impression de gêner avec mes enfants.

Empfehlenswert

+ deutsche TV Programme + Essen (besonders die Hackbällchen) + DJ's waren gut. ++ Frische Handtücher ++ freundliches Personal - Kaffee ☕️ (schmeckt nicht so gut), Filter Kaffee wäre schön. - Aufzüge könnten besser programmiert werden. - Leider etwas weit vom "Schuss ". Das Hotel hat sich auf jeden Fall in den letzten Jahren verbessert und kann man weiterempfehlen !!!
